Thanks for watching! CyberGhost 79% discount here: www.cyberghostvpn.com/HyperDrive Movies in the intro are: Brain dead, the blob, Scream, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Evil Dead 2, An American Werewolf in London, Franken Hooker, Videodrome, AvP, Scanners, The fly, Alien, The thing, Virus, Meatball Machine, From Beyond, and Invasion of the body snatchers!
Altered States is one of my favourites, anything weird or psychedelic! Eraserhead is another obvious favourite, I was incredibly young when I first caught it late at night on Channel 4, watching films in my parents bedroom before they came to bed. Braindead is another one I caught on Channel 4 when was young, I was in high school and couldn't wait to get to school and tell my friends about it. So much nostalgia here!
Mermaid in a Manhole is super extreme and deserves to be on this list. One of the only two horror movies I have ever had to pause, actually made me feel physically ill.
Great video as always. I'm not really a fan of comedy body horrors. I prefer the more serious ones such as 'The Thing' and (my favourite film) 'The Fly'. Could you do another video similar to this one, but with more serious body horror films please?
It's the one problem with my current format- I've covered all the best ones in my other videos lol! I could do another similar type... I guess it's playing on words. I was tempted to make a "splat stick" which would probably have fit better than just plain body horror.
Peter Jackson made dead alive??? Now I HAVE to check it out. You should do Psychological horror movies next! You've already done cosmic and body. Now complete my horror holy trinity.
Sadly never got the chance to see Altered States. It disapeared from Netflix, but I'd love to see it. Tokyo Gore Police was just too fucking much for me. Some of the gore was too much for me. But the last act is like an insane videogame. Eraserhead was one of those that was so unbelievably dark and horrifying. But a lovable movie never the less. And ofcourse, Basketcase! Great film! Awesome list. I love when a channel decides to pick more obscure titles.
7:20 - While hardly Tokyo Gore Police standard Hellraiser is another film where the dub is less than great. Never understood why the producers saw fit dub a British cast with American voices as it's quite noticeable at times.

You should make a video on Japanese gangster movies or YAKUZA movies.
No Carpenter or Cronenberg? Good! That would be too easy.
All the cheesiness and over the top screaming from the 80s is alive and well in let's plays on UA-cam XD
I love Slither so much! I remember how terrified I was when I saw this as a kid!
It's pretty creepy, but I always find myself laughing while watching it.
I watched it when I was 13 and loved it lol
Man, it's always good to find someone else who's seen _Society_
Such a massively underappreciated, and virtually unknown, film
YESSSSSSSS!!!!!!! I love it lol
And I saw it when I was 9 years old, so, there's that

Slither was my worst nightmare

I agree, I don't like the comedy ones either. Couldn't stand DeadAlive for that reason.
Dead Alive is easily Jackson's masterpiece.
"I kick ass for the lord!"
Excellent list! Just a pity Tetsuo: The Iron Man didn't make it.
7:27 Oh shit indeed

Great vid, I liked Slither allot. I'm pretty interested in a couple of these!
Good to know!
I cant remember which video recommended "Upgrade" but it was fantastic. What a terrific film. Thanks
Necronomicon, Dagon, Street Trash and Terrorifier are also pretty gory.

I prefer the far superior Night of the Creeps (1986) over Slither, just saying
It's MILLER TIME!
Want a gruesome but ridiculously cheesy body horror movie? The movie's title says it all: Alien vs. Ninja
Yet to watch, but on my list. I hope videodrome is on this. ;)
LOL erm well I made a rule for this video- which will erm stop that from happening!
These videos are really good. Thanks for the recommendations!
I love The Thing because John Carpenter is one of my favorite horror directors of all times and too Slither, James gunn is an master
3:08-3:11 Me after one too many slices of pizza.
Nightmare on elm street 4 has some creative kills
The Dream Master is probably my Fav Elm Street sequel.
Great vid
Society!!!! Absolutely bonkers (and awesome) movie :)
I love basket case 😍
I kick arse for the lord XD!!
I'd humbly submit Body Melt (1993). If you haven't seen it but love body horror I'd check it out.
Yeah that's another fun one.
I love horror. Metallica helped me categorize the horror that I love lol
If you love Body Horror check out From Beyond and The Brood
what? no from beyond?
Hmm I would add Bite, and remove Altered States, because well, it's not that good honestly.
Rick Potion #9

Good point, well the audio for that movie, was probably it's weakest link. Hmm then again I like eerie score, and pinhead has a pretty creepy voice.
why would anyone watch a dub of a foreign movie
Good question, they're never good.
These videos are awesome and full of great films to check out.
