In my quest to understand if a 3PL solution is right for my business I stumbled on the realest video ever made on the UA-cam. Who knew we as Owners could actually say what really happens in our daily lives. The fact that he told the UA-cam that he didn’t get paid from his own business for the 1st three years, WORD!!! People really believe starting a business is glamorous and all reward… nobody ever asks about our sacrifice.
Best of luck with your business. I heard the other day. Quitting your job and deciding to go into business for yourself, is like jumping off the mountain then starting to build the plane.

Hey Mike all these negatives are greatly inspiring to me this video made me want to get into this even more I'm 32 years old and only small trucking company and once again into the warehouse business I have a good size piece of land but I'm probably more interested into leasing and in the Southern California area I will definitely be reaching out to you for advice sir.

Could you please talk about the system you use for the handling consignments,
I also would like to hear from you if ever used cargo spot system.
We use extensive as a WMS and no on the cargo spot system. Sounds like a TMS, something I don't need at the moment.
How did you go about finding a good consultant?
Still haven't found one yet in 10 years.
