Hey Eric, Nice presentation. I have a quick question. What can be done when customers/suppliers aren't willing to give visibility on their operations and capacity? They just keep everything on the need to know basis and this is affecting how I respond to impromptu orders from customers and bottlenecks/price changes from suppliers.

That's our company. Literally go line by line in 3 hour long meetings to update ETA for each parts. We have over 8k parts. Hilarious.

So in summary, go back to the basics. Supply chains got complacent over the years and got hit hard with a crisis with no real contingencies.
