I have a question, you said you don't bother adding a "single sku" label because it already says it but what if i were to do it myself anyways? do I print a label that just simply says "single sku pallet"? Great video by the way.

In my quest to understand if a 3PL solution is right for my business I stumbled on the realest video ever made on the UA-cam. Who knew we as Owners could actually say what really happens in our daily lives. The fact that he told the UA-cam that he didn’t get paid from his own business for the 1st three years, WORD!!! People really believe starting a business is glamorous and all reward… nobody ever asks about our sacrifice.

We've done China import containers deconsolidations . Cubed out . No space , all floor loaded many different SKU's three to four guys . Up to two or three containers in a day. You going to feel it but you could only fit two or three dudes in a container anyways. 11 guys is an overkill . Too many hands in the cookie jar .If customer is going to pay it then more power to you.
