Hello Alice, I am a 75 year old minimalist( from a very young age.) I enjoy my soft, classic ,understated capsule wardrobe .I love your videos for your sound advice and lovely fresh ideas. Thank you.
I love this. I’m a luxe shopper and love high quality goods. However, high quality doesn’t mean it needs to be high priced. I always go for *suluxy* , their quality is great. Great video.
Fabulous content with helpful advice on Parisian chic style in one video. I agree with you. All outfits are absolutely gorgeous, love your black dress. Excellent presentation, Alice. Merci beaucoup ❤🙏🏻⚘
I notice that these women in many of the pictures dress monochromatically. Part of the minimalist look and it certainly simplifies dressing. So beautiful!

Your channel is my new obsession! I find your channel very informative and very relaxing too! You are so charming and elegant. Thaks for putting so much effort and care into your videos!
❤Omg Alice THANK YOU for introducing us to Fabrique. I have placed an order and wow, I LOVE the quality and styles. So many cute dresses on sale also. Love love love! ❤
New subscriber here. I am 52 and I don't know what happened but I look a mess the past few years. It is time to get my life back in order and elevate my look. Love your channel. Thank you for the tips. ❤
Another great video! Your channel is my new obsession, you look so elegant, feminine and your advice on minimal, chic and styled clothing is such a learning curve for me. I love it, your videos are very relaxing and enjoyable to watch. You do invest time to make it well put together.
Love it. Please Alice do a video on Parisian fashion picks but not so much urban more relaxed like on a island, especially as there are heatwaves everywhere!🤩😍🥰
Loving the denim blue "Chanel" style jacket ..... Looks fabulous on you! Tempted to buy as I think it will work well with my denim pencil skirts to lift them ..... I do suggest that if you find a piece that works perfectly for you, then try and buy a spare and in other colours. I love my LBDs ..... But, I also love Little Navy Dresses as well
Love your channel Ines de la Fressange long been someone whose style and approach to life I admire She is my role model when it comes to absolutely timeless elegance and graceful ageing But love your channel
I spent a month this summer looking for the perfect little black dress and finally found one that I love but I do think the Ava dress is gorgeous. Thanks, Alice.
I'm inspired by your videos. I feel like Parisian women are strong and have confidence. Can you make a video on how parisian women view relationships, how they handle being single in their 40s and older :) Tnx!
hi Alice, I would love to see a video on how your mother is doing her make up and how she dresses herself. I am 60 and it would be nice to watch someone of my age too, just because im curious and it would be a real life example. Not that i dont like your other much younger video versions of make up and fashion (i look 15 years younger and i love applying these options too), but life at 60 is still a bit different and sometimes requires different types of self care. Can you do that? thank you
@@Aliceinparisofficial oh i see and totally understand to respect her privacy. But if you can share her routine or fashion examples (by using other women pictures) it would still be amazing. Thank you.
Enjoyed today's video very much. Black dress is elegant, you look great. Your advice to wear minimal accessories with classic pieces is right-on. Really like the blue tweed jacket. Thanks much. Have a nice weekend!
The obsession with Parisian style isn’t new, I still use style inspiration from the way my French colleagues put themselves together 40 years ago! It’s not just styling outfits, either, it’s the clean and natural makeup and hair. Many American women really overdo the big hair and heavy makeup, false eyelashes, etc. I always preferred a natural makeup look using minimal products, generally just blush and lipstick.
Lovely video, thank you, Alice. While I was taught to dress this way by my mother, I love watching your videos for new ways to put together what I already have. 😊❤
I'm brazilian but sometimes I feel myself like a parisian woman. The way I dress and choose my outfits is just like french style. Minimalist and casual.
It would be awesome to see a Parisian take on streetware...do u think can u make a vid about this combo? Pls reply rather than simply heart the comment cheers x
Love the looks and using this to build my wardrobe. Do you have a source for the round sunglasses that were worn with the Fabrique blazer and striped shirt.
I say this as a new subscriber who subbed bc I like what you have to say! (The adage if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all,” cones to mind. Yet I can say many nice things about your content, new as I am to it!). So: just my own thoughts (not prescriptive; who am I to prescribe with any authority, indeed anyone should do what fits her/his/their own personal style): I like suggestions to add blazers. The blazer shown is too big; and does not give the impression of being “intentionally so,” as in the notion of the borrowing of a blazer from a man in one’s life or simply wearing menswear.
Great video as always! ❤ I've noticed that there are often flowy long pants in these looks. I love the look of them but I'm very short, under 160cm, so they look a bit weird on me. What do you think I should focus on when dressing up?
Hello you can wear flowy pant there are options for petite or regular (check aritzia pant they are wonderful they do have petite option) or trim the hem go to a tailor and adjust to your lenght
I am so enjoying your videos and the unveiling of elegant style rules and secrets. You have it figured out! As an avid traveler I appreciate when someone tells me about language/culture differences. May I offer you some advice on your choice of words when describing style that is not chic. “Bimbo” is not a nice word in English, very derogatory. A more genteel way to say this would be inelegant, unfashionable, tacky, dowdy or unbecoming. I don’t fault you for using the word, but your videos’ are classy and that word is not so, I thought you’d want to know. Cheers! I will keep watching. 😊
I think that you look beautiful but whatever you show it’s the illusion of Parisian style… most people wear normal clothing not designer clothes… every European woman dresses pretty well but not like they are going to a wedding or very expensive restaurant… people dress a lot better in bigger towns in Europe and in other countries…. Any social media influencers are trying to sell the dream 😂 which is nice but it’s not the reality…
Neutral colors are more elegant, just like in makeup bright colors can look clownish. Also, I could never wear a pair of Birkenstock sandals, even in white, they just look so heavy on the feet.
@@hiannahgus574 there's a Lot of colors in nature and it's always look chic and beautiful, only human beens Qualify elegant or chic done dark colors or neutrals. That's what I think
@@CieloDuran-m1i Yes, but those lovely flowers and colors die, go dormant. and are not present all of the time. Having a vastly colorful wardrobe is not conducive to harmonious pairing of clothing. Also, you want to wear your clothes, not have them wear you.
Update on fabrique..... although the dresses are very cute and seem to be good quality, the customer service is very poor. If you have to send something back. Beware of this. I have been waiting over two weeks for a return label and they do not respond.😢

What I like about this classic French style , is that it is almost always age friendly , and suits women over fifty very well .

I like classic style with a sexy touch but this satin white dress is so simple and beautiful

Most Parisiennes seem to wear flat to mid-heel shoes for daytime, too. At least, that’s what I see mostly. High heels only for dressy evenings.
yes mini heel pump are very trendy here, I do wear that for the day and higher for occasion
Je suis toujours à la recherche d'une fille française avec des suggestions tropicales/à humidité élevée. Pas de blazers - - nous mourrions !😆

According to their website, Fabrique only delivers within the USA? Not to Europe? Disappointing :(
Hello yes only in the USA for now. Let me ask them when they will start to ship in november

I dress 100% like I am showing in my video. Dresses and designers for occasion more lowkey but still sophisticated during the day :)
I don't understand why it's always black, grey, beige. Colors aren't chic?
Because then you can mix and match your pieces much easier. Plus, they don’t look dated. They will always be chic.
