Thank you, Alice, for covering the petite ladies' wear. In my family many women are petite, and we have so much struggle to find the best fitted clothes because our torsos are shorter and any seams at the bust, length of sleeves and waist stitching is nearly impossible to alter because it's so much the atelier will have to adjust. There is seriously lack of beautiful clothes for petite women. My sincere recommendation is for you to offer more videos like this, where non-standard is not taken into account.
I'm very petite, just 5ft and this year I've invested in amazingly flattering velvet blazers from Mango in black, khaki and midnight blue. I was so happy that they fitted me perfectly - no alternations needed, yeah! They're around £89 so not too expensive. I've also bought a short brown suede jacket from Zara (already sold out), a short grey herringbone jacket with embellishments to liven it up, also from Zara and I managed to bag another great velvet blazer by Zadig & Voltaire from a charity shop that also fits me like a glove. I had almost lost hope to find jackets and blazers that look good on me so I'm a happy bunny that I found these timeless pieces. I also like the items you selected from Petite Studio, although they are not always short/tailored enough imo
Wonderful style advice. My lovely petite niece looks absolutely gorgeous following your tips. We love Parisian / French Chic Styles. Your top handle brown mini bag is so cute. Merci beaucoup, Alice ❤
Thank you so much for this inspiring video!! I am 5.3 and have problems with the oversized fashion. I simply disappear in clothes that are too big. Happily I still can find smaller clothes! 🙂
I'm also 5.3. Cheers! Finding blazers with right sleeve length has been a nightmare for me, because many of them come with buttons on bottom of sleeves. You can't adjust that.
👏🏻 Thank you Alice! So many great petite suggestions. I absolutely agree with you about coat length. I am 5ft/152cm and If I wear a very long coat I look like a child wearing my Mothers coat 😅
I think it depends on the coat! I'm 160cm, and if I buy a regular size coat, I agree with you. Especially if something's meant to be oversized. But if I buy one that is cut for petites, the shoulders are narrower, the sleeves are shorter, and the coat itself is also shorter but still maxi on me. It's about keeping the proportions right.
Hey Alice. I’m 152cm. I love large bag especially tote bags I can put all my stuff inside. I’m lazy to change small or mini bags. Currently I saw Songmont large luna bag, what do you think?
One English Tip:the letter H is pronounced with a breath. When you use a word with H, you need to breathe through the sound. Not "undbag ' but handbag. Ask a native English speaker.
Petite from 🇨🇦 here. I love, love , love your Parisian style! 💋

I'm 150 and under 50 kg. None of these mondels are pettite. Pettite means being short not just slim
Thank you for this! From a petite 5’2 woman ❤

A+ Alice; looking good.
Thankyou for this video 😌 Are you able to tell us how tall you are? That would help gauge clothing etc
