Tracker stage 3 clutch install

UPDATE: I have used this clutch now for 1yr and 3 months. It has been used mostly Offroad with fair abuse. It held up well but at a recent event I was driving at high rpm and the clutch blew apart. To be fair it was a fairly tough day on the truck. These clutches seem fine as long as you are not planning on any longer durations of high rpm. It looks as though the friction plates flew off and went through the bellhousing from the high rpm. It was probably quite hot at the time.
In this video I install a stage 3 clutch with 70% more clamping pressure because it was slipping in the mud and snow with 31” tires. The throw out bearing clutch fork and pilot bearing were replaced as well. 2003 Chevrolet tracker 4x4.

I like your patience, I had the same thing happen to my Honda when manual swaping it , I ended up welding it up cause I didn't want to wait 2 days for my new one to come in

What lift kit did you use and how high is it?

I made a 3” body lift and it has a 3” suspension lift for a total of 6”. I used Ford Focus wagon springs on the back trimmed with cavalier shocks and spacers in the front with a diff drop. It will be getting solid axles this year my front diff keeps breaking the mounts off under heavy stress from mud because it’s the aluminum one 👎.

So far it has been working great taking abuse. I’m very happy with how it performs so far. It chatters a little if your trying to ride the clutch because it engages harder but nothing I didn’t expect. Here’s the link I’ll add it in the description too.

@@nomajhondeere3324 yeah that didn’t help that I didn’t have a new flywheel. My buddy has this clutch in his Sammy and it chatters also, i actually took it to an event and over reved it and blew this clutch up around 7000rpm, I forgot in the listing it was recommended not for high rpm’s, so I’ll be putting in a more stock style clutch. It blew a hole through in the bellhousing being a little throttle happy on the ice and snow. I’ll do another update video on it when I get the trans pulled back out!
