How to install the Philips Hue wall switch module US version

Make any light switch smart - all it takes is a few minutes! Follow these easy steps to install your Philips Hue wall switch module to control your lights with any light switch.

Cable
Wall switch module
Wire connector
Screwdriver (not included)
00:06 Power off circuit breaker before installation
00:08 Remove the light switch plate from the wall
00:26 Remove the switch
00:28 Disconnect the wires from the switch
00:32 Insert the wires from the wall into the wire connector
00:45 Connect the double end of the wire to port 1 the wall switch module
00:53 Connect the white wire to the top of the wall switch
00:55 ...and the yellow wire to the bottom of the wall switch
01:00 Place the wall switch into the electrical box
01:06 ...and reassemble the switch plate
1:25 Power on the circuit breaker and set up the wall switch module in the Hue app
