Custard danish INGREDIENTS: Readymade puff pastry Vanilla Custard Berries/fruits of your choice[ i have used strawberries, blueberries and golden berries] Powdered sugar METHOD: 🫐 prepare the custard according to the instructions on your custard packet and keep it aside. 🫐 take a puff pastry and divide it into four small squares. 🫐 take a small cookie cutter and cut out small hole in two and prick holes with a folk on the other two puff pastry squares. 🫐 keep the one with the hole on top of the one which was pricked by the folk and press gently. 🫐 bake it in a 180 degree preheated oven for about 15 minutes [baking time may slightly differ on different ovens. So make sure that the puff pasty is completely puffed up and slightly brown on top before removing from the oven] 🫐 once its cooled down, fill it with the prepared custard and top it with fruits of your choice. 🫐 dust it with powdered sugar and enjoy it right away or chilled 🙂🙂
