At this point, it really dont matter, its been 14 years since hes started this one, and by the time he actually finishes it(if he even does) hes never gonna finish a "A dream of spring" before he pops so its whatever

If I was him, I would have finished the book and then wait to publish until death. I doubt he got much attention before the show. And he will lose his rock star status a year or two after release of this book.
