  • Welcome back to the channel, it's been a fair while since I've managed to upload any videos, hopefully things should start to get back to normal soon
I appreciate everyone that's stuck around and a warm welcome to all the new subscribers that have joined since the last video
I'm having a few issues with the camera not focusing properly and not getting the colour balance right but I'm working on it, I have a new pixel pro phone to record on so hopefully things will improve as I get used to it, if anyone has any tips please feel free to share
in the first part of the video I'll show how I removed the bag of silica out of the header tank to mitigate any future problems with it degrading and splitting
We've had the seats back from being retrimmed and honestly couldn't be happier with them, the finish is superb and the design exactly what we asked for, this is in the second part of the video so please let us know what you think
In the final part of the video we've included some highlights from our trip to Norway in the van and our visit to Gatebil rudskogen which has been on our bucket list for years, if you're into cars and I'm guessing most of you are its absolutely worth the effort

Hi Paul, It's great to see you have got the van back into action. And am looking forward to seeing a full tour video. (No pressure) What makes you van so sticking is the roof pod. During your build videos, we had our van away to have a similar roof pod fitted by Summit. And now seeing your van, it looks very similar to ours now externaly by coincidence. Our has been up plated to 4.1tonne and sleeps 3 adults or 2 kids in the lower bed. Would be nice to see you at an event and swap notes. Rick.

hopefully ill get the full tour done soon, just trying to find time to finish off the garage space then we're all finished, there's a few companies out there making pods now and they make such a difference to the usable space. The up plating makes a great deal of sense as the van would be close if not over the limit otherwise and its technically just a paper exercise, think the vans were over engineered to carry more but downplated to make them more sellable to the general public, its not something that many people factor in and thankfully not something i had to worry about being a 5ton van
just had a quick watch of your van videos, looks so much longer from the air (great drone shots btw very jealous), please upload some more details, its always great to see- we were hoping to make it to dubs at the castle but with the house move imminent we're not sure at the moment but would be nice to catch up at some point

Thanks Paul, I will get some more pictures up soon. The drone footage is basic, as I am still a learner pilot. Have you seen Gazfish channel?, he is rebuilding a front end damaged Crafter with a bent front beam.

That was way easier than a jigsaw! Is it available for hire?
