    I'm proud of India because India is the place from where yoga was started the first man who produced yoga in India is patanjali. at first I'm so unhealthy, I get tired easily and when I started doing yoga I get better results now I'm thin ,and I get glowing, soft beautiful skin and I'm now very confident so thanks India for this yoga and thanks to yoga for giving me and the people a new and healthy life

    Namaste ladies! My grandmother told me as a child "your body changes every seven years" and she was right. For most of my seven year cycle I am attracted to other men. Unfortunately I don't find prolonged happiness in being gay and so I suffer great anxieties and depressions. Then, towards the end of each cycle I enter a shorter period when I become increasingly attracted to women and develop deep,spiritual relationships with them and I become very happy and fulfilled. It is also when I am able to practise my best yoga.
    I would be deeper touched to any viewer of this short video clip if they would include me in their thoughts and prayers as I prepare the transition towards my period of fulfilment. Thank you.

    Face Yoga reduces wrinkles, removes the dark circles, gives you a glowing skin. Specific face movements will ease your rigid muscles and helps with increased blood movement. Keep doing Yoga. Yoga inspired me to be a Yoga trainer. :)

    Thanks ma'am for great teaching
    However, In Parvataasan (inverted V shape) heels must touch to ground(might be for seconds for beginners), eyes must see navel or mooladhar and shoulders should be in proper alignment (shouldn't have hinch) else there would be no benefits.
    So kindly teach correct posture
    Rest is good.
    Hope u won't mind suggestions.

    All the postures are in a common full sesion of Yoga, not the first, but the others, so I prefer to do a full yoga´s session.

    For glowing skin do Kapalbathi breathing empty stomach and try to help some in day-to-day life in whatever way possible. This will make u happy and young.

      Empty stomach preferably early in the morning. U can also do in the evening one hour before food.
