This was DA Best video. Seriously the only thing I was searching for and straight to the point. I can rest easy tonight because I found the solution, and because this video was just done right. Thank you.
The 20 amp fuse in the video where you were pointing is the power point #3. At least for my truck. I think the fact they call these “power points” instead of auxiliary or cigarette like most people are used to seeing makes this overly confusing. Thanks for posting. Needed the confirmation I wasn’t missing something trying to fix point #2.
Dude thank you so much ... That's all I need ... I have a 2018 f150 stx super crew ... And the back seat USB weren't working ... Ford wanted me to buy new USB ports and I wasn't convince .. I replaced the fuse and waallaa ... You're the man!!!!! Thanks 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is as close as I have gotten to trying to make those ports hot all the time. I also need to get the modem hot with the key off. If you have any ideas please let me know
Hi I have a 2017 F-250 CrewCab FX4, and I just purchased a new Cargo Trailer and the dome lights do not work. I'm told there is a fuse and possibly a relay missing however this supposed to be a loaded truck with a trailer towing package any ideas or another video would be super helpful. P.S. all the other lights work as usual .
I plugged an extension cord into my rear 110volt outlet, located in the back of the center console super crew cab - ( I know now, can't do that) now it doesn't work, I suspect I blew the fuse. Do you think the fuses you showed in this video, powerpoint 1, 2 or 3 are the fuse for this? - -tks!
Hey so I have two fuse box in my 2019 f150. There is one under my hood and one inside the cabin. My fuse box under the hood don’t look like yours. Is that normal?
Hey bro, is there any way you can help me out through text? I'm 25 and have no idea what to do. A bit of water spelled on the usb hub and it suddenly stopped working. Changed the usb hub and wiring but no power on the usb hubs. Any ideas ? Or what to check in the fuse box
Is it a requirement to make this confusing for Ford. Is “power point” the cigar lighter or the USB’s cuz it looks like they’re all separate. Why not just put “cigarette lighter” like the prior 30 years.
Anyone know where to jump a wire to from the 3rd powerpoint so i can have that active 24/7 and not have the truck auto timeout. I have it maxed at 18 hours with forscan but want it to never timeout
My fuse box looks nothing like this in a 2019 Ford. It's a black box with only 2 large plugs coming out of it. Do you know if this is a new generation of fuses? fordtransitconnectforum.com/uploads/monthly_2020_06/27A52AC0-23EF-49EC-9CD9-8BC13A1BBE56.jpeg.bcc6a560c9f7bd18e73e613e7c866763.jpeg
@@LehewTech Thanks for your reply! I was scared to take anything apart, but your suggestion finally gave me the courage. I documented the whole thing at the link below, turns out it's a huge pain in the neck to get to the fuse-box now (at least in a 2019 Passenger Transit Connect) fordtransitconnectforum.com/topic/8585-what-happened-to-my-2019-tc-fuse-box/

Do they make fuse taps for these type of fuses?
My cigarette lighter works but the 120 plug next to it doesn’t. Is one of those the fuses for that? Thanks!
Both fuses are good but no power to either outlet? What could it be
I've lost power to my OBD port on my 21 f150, any idea what fuse I should look at?
Did you find out what it was?
Thanks, that's what I needed.

Do you know what fuse number for the front headlights?
Did you ever find out? I'm looking too
One question: the rear lights stopped working, you all know what it can be.
To the point. No extra jumbo jumbo.
Yes very helpful

What is the starter fuse
Fellas? Girls can't have trucks? Are you from 1938? :(

Maybe that is the underside of a fuse box? I see two plastic clips towards the top of the photo. Are you able to unclip and fold that box downward?
