This is a conditioner mask that works to be done once a week. Normally you should just clip your hair up(so you don't get body wash in your hair when washing your shoulders and neck) while you wash your body and then rinse. If you get your split ends cut regularly and still struggle with dry ends I would recommend first checking how much shampoo you use on your roots. If you don't use an excess amount of shampoo you can use a leave-in conditioner which you can buy or make by mixing 1 part conditioner with 2 parts water. You just need to put a small amount on your hair ends, gently rub in, and don't rise. If it feels like you need to rinse the conditioner out it is because you put too much. As someone with psoriasis on their scalp and extremely thick wavy hair, this is not 100% good for scalp health. Conditioner can’t go hear the roots/scalp which putting it in a cap will do. I 100% agree with only shampooing the roots/scalp as the ends get a lot less oily than the ends, especially if you touch/stimulate the folicals a lot. The length of time conditioner is left in depends on the state of my ends before the shower.
U don’t want to do this every night! Maybe like once a week if u do it too often ur hair will start producing more oils and your hair will get greasier faster I struggle with this still but it’s getting better
hey yall i wanted to share my hair journey since ive only foud out somehting about my hair NOW well i naturally have 2c-3a hair and i've always brushed it out to make it straight, then id get mad when it became overly frizzy and poofy. I thought i had to just use multiple products and to use oil on my hair, and it would gradually become frizz free overtime. But just TODAY at school i was talking about hair with my friends and i said "i saw some people said you shouldnt brush curly hair when its dry" and she basically told me that it was true, and that you need products like defigning cream and leave in conditioner. So tday i went to target and got a few products, im stil on my hair care journey but i hope you all to rememmber to love your hair type. if you have straight hair, love it and use the propper products for it. if you have curly hair, get involved in the curly hair community. good luck yall!
Yes I have wavy hair. If I am going for a curlier look I don’t brush my hair when I get out of the shower and I scrunch with products. That keeps the curl nice and defined. When you have curly hair and brush while it’s dry it’ll get really poofy. How curly is your hair? I would wash your hair and then use product while it’s wet and scrunch. If you shower at night you can use a spray bottle with water the next morning and use that to rescrunch to fix some of the curls that have gone flat and what not
Here my routine as a 10 year old! ❤️ 🌴 🍃 ❤️ Before : Step 1 : brush hair Step 2 : heat water till Luke warm. During : Step 1 : hop in and rinse your hair till soaked Step 2 : condition ends and leave for 5 or 10 mins. Step 3 : rinse out conditioner Step 4 : shampoo roots 2 times. (First time to scrub dirt out and second time for moisture.) scrub up and down not hard but not too soft Step 5 : condition roots and leave for 5 mins. After scrub your hair till all conditioner is out. If not your hair will be oily. After : step 1 : wrap hair in a bonnet or clean towel. Step 2 : Leave for 15 mins then take out. Step 3 : Blow-dry your hair and brush. Step 4 : after you’ve done all that your hair should be silky and smooth like mine! I hope you enjoyed! ❤❤❤
I like conditioning all my hair first before shampooing. Scalp included, it helps your hair to not be so tangled while washing, making it easier to put products in and stops breakage.
Shampoo the roots and the shaft of your hair oils and dirt can still be lurking within the hair strands. Also, condition your entire head. After shampooing the natural oils from your hair gets stripped away so you want to condition the whole head.

This is a great recipe for dandruff, shampoo strips your hair of all oils but conditioner and back in the good oils, without putting conditioner on your scalp it will start to dry out and cause dandruff. But it would probably be ok if you do it like once every two weeks or so

I was actually touching my hair and suddenly stopped after reading this.🤣
I don't have time to leave it in my hair for 30 mins 😭
It's OK. It doesn't work anyway
@@kellyd220 really? Do you know anything else that works?
Same!

Thank you i tried this last night my hair is sooooo smooth and im going to try it again tonight 😊
U don’t want to do this every night! Maybe like once a week if u do it too often ur hair will start producing more oils and your hair will get greasier faster I struggle with this still but it’s getting better
TYSM MY HAIR IS SMOOTH RN-
hey yall i wanted to share my hair journey since ive only foud out somehting about my hair NOW
well i naturally have 2c-3a hair and i've always brushed it out to make it straight, then id get mad when it became overly frizzy and poofy.
I fucking love you thank you so so much. (Sorry for cursing lol)
You're amazing❣🥰🤩
Yes I have wavy hair. If I am going for a curlier look I don’t brush my hair when I get out of the shower and I scrunch with products. That keeps the curl nice and defined. When you have curly hair and brush while it’s dry it’ll get really poofy. How curly is your hair? I would wash your hair and then use product while it’s wet and scrunch. If you shower at night you can use a spray bottle with water the next morning and use that to rescrunch to fix some of the curls that have gone flat and what not
Ur a sweetheart
yay thank you for sharing this helpful info for those with curly hair !!
Here my routine as a 10 year old! ❤️ 🌴 🍃 ❤️
Before :
Step 1 : brush hair
Step 2 : heat water till Luke warm.
During :
Step 1 : hop in and rinse your hair till soaked
Step 2 : condition ends and leave for 5 or 10 mins.
Step 3 : rinse out conditioner
Step 4 : shampoo roots 2 times. (First time to scrub dirt out and second time for moisture.) scrub up and down not hard but not too soft
Step 5 : condition roots and leave for 5 mins. After scrub your hair till all conditioner is out. If not your hair will be oily.
After :
step 1 : wrap hair in a bonnet or clean towel.
Step 2 : Leave for 15 mins then take out.
Step 3 : Blow-dry your hair and brush.
Step 4 : after you’ve done all that your hair should be silky and smooth like mine!
I hope you enjoyed! ❤❤❤
I’m wondering if it has to be in a cap or a towel with conditioner on
@@wedorealwedohugs2614 nope!
@@DYN4M1C.DYN4M0S thank you!!
@@wedorealwedohugs2614 welcome!
I like conditioning all my hair first before shampooing. Scalp included, it helps your hair to not be so tangled while washing, making it easier to put products in and stops breakage.
I agree, it’s a great hack
Shampoo the roots and the shaft of your hair oils and dirt can still be lurking within the hair strands. Also, condition your entire head. After shampooing the natural oils from your hair gets stripped away so you want to condition the whole head.
Is there any alternative for conditioner ???
IT WORKS!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Dont keep your scalp in such a wet conditions!!!! It is the best way to develop skin problems, only keep you hair in the cup
have a severe allergy with shampoos can you tell me alter native
@@urvashisoni6761 I've heard of some people using baking soda as a shampoo, I'd do some googling about it though! I've used it in the past as a build up remover.

That's so helpful ❤
I am not gonna stand in my shower for 30 minutes listening to music staring at the wall
u can just get out in a towel or gown & watch utube/netflix for half an hour then get back in? but yeah, this all seems too taxing for me 😂 Still gonna try it though!
You can always try something adventurous though!
Lol your funny😂😂😂
@@ponggaaa4854 Okay.. I have a bath tray and i prop my tablet on there and watch simpsons- 😂
@@en1dss Rip, I completely forgot about doing this.
This is a great recipe for dandruff, shampoo strips your hair of all oils but conditioner and back in the good oils, without putting conditioner on your scalp it will start to dry out and cause dandruff. But it would probably be ok if you do it like once every two weeks or so
I did this routine and this is the smoothest my hair has ever been! Thank you Audrey💗
I am the one who can't even wait one minute after conditioning my hair as I don't have a good patience level Meanwhile - my family if I take more than 10 minutes in bathroom is gonna shout have u slept in inside the bathroom 🤣🤣🤣😂
I do oiling before everywash and i literally put oil all over my hair from the roots to the tips so i really need to like put shampoo all over the tips too🥲
You don't really need to shampoo the tips too. I also put oil, before washing my hair but only putting shampoo on the roots works immensely well
@@snehajaiswal5778 I’ll give it a try then.

Use leave-in conditioner spray immediately after the shower while your hair is still wet and apply a very small amount of oil to your ends and you should get smooth frizz free hair
Never skip this step! and never only shampoo your hair! Conditioner is a MUST

nah to much work this is how I get silky smooth hair
• first wet hair ( duh ) with medium hot and cold water
•nextly apply shampoo not on the ends ( that depends on hair type) and then scrub until she fluffy 💆♂️
•rinse with medium water
• nextly apply conditioner on the ends of the hair and wait few minutes
• nextly once you gotten out of the shower, I brush my wet hair
• ( optional ) after my hair is damp, I put on this hair thing spray that helps tangles and provides nice hair and brush it ( your hair will still be fine with out it it just helps me)
• let dry
• boom nice sliky hair
