    Easy Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry - This low carb and keto stir fry recipe is a perfect weeknight family meal as it is ready in under 20 minutes. Serve over steamed or fried cauliflower rice to make it a complete meal!

    If you want something very healthy finish this recipe when she puts the meat back in. Serve with cauliflower rice. Super healthy super low carb

      @@marvettetownsend3450 Beef and broccoli is typically served over rice. What they meant was to use cauliflower rice instead of the typical white rice. Also I would use Tamari instead of soy sauce. Soy sauce usually has wheat in it along with soy. The tamari I have is organic and uses the whole soy and no wheat, so is also lower carb than regular soy sauce, and being organic it is also non-GMO. This recipe looks pretty tasty, but there are ways to make it cleaner and still taste just as good

    Made this tonight and it was really good but next time I will take your suggestion and 1. get a good quality meat so it’s not as tough & 2. put a little soy sauce in at a time. I measured 1/4 cup and I’m so glad I went with my gut & didn’t pour it all in because it was a little too salty for my taste. If I had added the entire 1/2 cup I don’t think it would have been edible. This was super easy & I will definitely make this again - Thank you!!

    i read the commits left on her website, one complaint was it took longer than 20 minutes because of the prep time wow big deal start your dinner sooner or find faster short cuts, a couple of others thought it was to sweet and needed to cut back on the sugar, they must be new cooks you can always add till you get the taste you want, you can always, i can hardly wait to try this sounds and looks great, NICE JOB

      If you don't want to use a thickening agent, you can cook the brocolli slightly less and just have the sauce simmer for longer. Flavor might be effected slightly but not by much.

    Not sure what I did wrong, lol. “Sauce” turned into a clumpy jelly consistency, and the broccoli which I may have chopped too small turned super wilted. It ended up looking like steak pieces in a dark broccoli jelly.
    Any ideas?

      If your sauce turned into a clumpy jelly that means you used too much xantham gum. You just need a little bit of it, like a pinch or two.

      There are many way to deal with this issue
      1. If your pain is dry and not a lot of sauce. You don’t need to add fake corn powder.
      2. You can dissolve it in a bit of water before add it in.
      3. The way I do it. I marinade the beef with a bit of soy sauce and corn starch. The amount of starch in that is so little you don’t really need to replace it.

      You can mix the xanthum gum in a few tablespoons of water before adding it to the pan. It’s easier to get the clumps out that way first. As for the broccoli, I bought a bag of fresh chopped broccoli so they were already the perfect size. Maybe you should try that next time.

    I am confused, i thought carbs were bad for keto, i have been using keto dishes to keep my blood sugar down, where i am confused is my soy sauce of the shelve has only 7 carbs where the coconut aminos has about 27 crabs, and the sugar sub has 2 carbs where others have zero, and they cost a lot more, please tell me what i am missing, thanks

    Soy sauce contains wheat and is not keto/low carb. Liquid aminos/coconut aminos/tamari would be better choices

    Be careful with soy sauce and other soy products. I encourage you all to look up the health risks. I'm still looking for a good substitute since i love asian cuisine. In smaller amounts worcester sauce can be added instead but for dishes like this i think the taste would be quite different. Anyway, thanks for the video and good luck with your low carb recipes

      That wouldn’t work. It would have be a thickening ingredient like corn starch or arrowroot powder

    Thumbs down....waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too salty. Maybe 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce. Blech. Ruined dinner.

      Sungodv you should always adjust recipes to your taste... soy sauce is very salty so don’t add as much. When I saw that amount I immediately knew I would lessen the amount.
