Homemade chocolate milk at home! It was quite warm and I was craving chocolate milk, so this cold chocolate milk definitely hit the spot!
Also I know there’s no real chocolate since there isn’t cocoa butter but SEO lol 😬

R E C I P E:
Ingredients:
- 30g cocoa powder
- 100g water
- 15g sugar
- Milk of your choice (ex. Oat, dairy, soy, etc.)
- ice (optional)
Method:
1. Sift cocoa powder into a pot, whisk in sugar, and add water.
3. On med heat, cook until chocolate syrup thickens but flows smoothly. (Add more sugar while it’s hot if it’s not sweet enough and cook until dissolved)
4. Combine chocolate syrup, ice (optional), and milk of your choice. Stir to combine before drinking!
*for reference, I usually get 0% sugar in my bubble tea and I like really dark chocolate. So this might be too “dark” for you, if you prefer sweet things. Please taste it and adjust sugar levels to your preference!

one of my favourite flavoured milks has to be chocolate milk! This is more on the dark side so please taste it and adjust the sugar levels to your preference! You can also melt chocolate in it to make it more indulgent and smooth ofc ^^

This was the easiest and most delicious chocolate milk ever ❤
Measurements (not in grams)
Coco powder- 1/4 cup
Sugar - i used three tablespoons
Water - around 1/4 cup (use less if you want a thicker sauce)
Milk - enough to fill your glass

how much more sugar would you recommend adding? I'm more of a chocolaty person myself and prefer things on the sweeter side lol
@@soda-cr1pn I haven't tried to make my drink taste any sweeter, but for you I would recommend experimenting with tablespoons of sugar. Just add 1 tbsp at a time after the initial 15 grams, and see what works out for you.
Personally, though, after I added the 15 grams of sugar, I added 1 tbsp. more to the mix. It still tasted like dark chocolate, but was a bit sweeter.

When you just went to the doctor’s appointment a few days ago and the doctor tells you to loose 5 pounds so you put yourself on a diet that doesn’t allow chocolate milk.... welp ig I have to wait for my diet to end first then

Use dark chocolate and less sugar, and if you are restricting yourself on milk for your diet and you normally have whole milk, use semi skimmed milk, it has less fat and it actually tastes better than whole milk, just less creamier!

An easier way to make it:
1. First mix sugar and cocoa powder.
2. Put water in microwave until it boils, then pour it into mixture and stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Last add milk.
When I watched this I realized it was the same recipe from a cookbook I have, except in larger quantities. I don’t make as much, so I just mix the whole thing in a mug. Less dirty dishes!

Same.When I had chocolate at home I melted it in the microwave and put it in my milk.The chocolate just solidified though because I liked cold milk better
Yup that works too! You’ll need to heat the milk first then dissolved chopped chocolate in and whisk to combine

Thanks for the recipe! I halfed the ingredients tho and made it in a microwave instead. It worked really well (but make sure to observe it if not it would spill out when it boils). 11/10 would recommend!
