Hello! Today, I brought recipe for real chocolate milk that you guys have requested a lot.
Because of dark chocolate, it's bitter and sweet.
I love it because of rich chocolate flavor. You can give it to your friend as a gift, too :)
+ Even my friend, who doesn't like sweet things, loves it!
+ Any piracy, editing or re-upload of all the video contents of 'HanSe Channel' without notice are prohibited.
▶ ingredient (900~1000ml)
50ml water, 18g cocoa powder, 40g sugar, 120g dark chocolate, 800ml milk
1) Put water, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pot and mix them.
2) Boil it in middle heat and put chocolate when it boils. Mix them.
3) If chocolate is melted, turn off the heat.
4) Pour milk little by little and mix it. (I put milk in room temperature.)
5) Put it in refrigerator.
※ You can use unsweetened fresh cream and unsalted butter

50ml water
18g (1.2 tbsp) cocoa powder
40g (2.7 tbsp) of sugar
120g (1 cup) of dark chocolate (either unsweetened or semisweet)
800ml of milk
1. Boil water in saucepan and add cocoa powder and sugar until both dissolve.
2. Add in dark chocolate until it forms a gooey mixture.
3. Remove saucepan from heat.
4. Add milk into the mixture bit by bit and whisk each time.
5. Done!
To replace one ounce of unsweetened chocolate, use 3 tablespoons cocoa powder plus 1 tablespoon butter, shortening or oil. Dissolve the cocoa in liquid that is already used in the recipe.
To replace 28g of semisweet chocolate, use 3 tablespoons of cocoa plus only 1 1/2 teaspoons of butter, shortening or oil and 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar.

since i'm an american normie i converted the ingredients to measurements i can use at home. i rounded some. hope this helps :)
1.7 oz water
1-2 TBSP cocoa powder (go by preference..i personally like more flavor so i do 2.)
3.2 TBSP Sugar (you can round down to 3, as there is no noticable difference)
8 TBSP chocolate
27 oz milk
please correct any of these measurements if incorrect!

if you’re asking about how long it will last till it goes bad... just base it off with the milk you used’ expiration date lolol. and ya it should be refrigerated or else it will probably spoil.
Well, opened milk usually lasts about 5-7 days in the fridge :) but if the taste and texture is different you'll definitely realise :D

This is the best recipe that I’ve ever tried . It actually depends on which chocolate brand or cacao powder you used but to be honest you can use every brand you have and ITS STILL SO FREAKING GOOD !!!

800ml를 세번에 나눠서 넣으신거에요! 200-300ml 정도씩 나눠 넣으시면 될거에요 저는 귀찮아서 한번에 하지만 나눠 넣으시는게 좋을거에요!

그러면 설탕양을 좀 줄여넣거나 설탕을 아예 안 넣는게 맞을 것 같아요 핫초코 가루 자체가 달아서 원래 분량대로 설탕을 넣으면 너무 달것같아요

Just made this and it took less time than I thought. I added a little more sugar because it was too bitter for me but damn was it amazing! Definitely try it.
Edit: Use dark chocolate! If you're afraid it's going to be bitter just add more sugar like me. If you don't have dark chocolate then just use milk.😂
