Very useful. Thanks. Been meaning to take my Reverb pedal to gigs but just looking at all those send/return inputs on the back of the 96 always gave me anxiety
I would like if you can explain me how to connect my strymon pedal jajaj i don really know the cables i need, first y bought a neo ts and noothing, and recently buy the same you have but nether way is function( I have a zelzah pedal)
@@OmarNachtraafthanks for the reply , so have had a drum machine for a while now and the drum machine (Vermona drm1) has 10 instruments , each with individual outs. I want to use a reverb pedal on some instruments and a delay pedal on some instruments, the problem is I would only be able to use the pedals on 1 instrument each, so I was told a mixer will allow me to effect multiple instruments with the pedals , what i am trying to understand is - How do I set the channels on the mixer that I want the pedals to effect? Thanks
You would need male TS 6.3mm preferably in stereo (dual mono TS). As for brands. It depends on your needs and budget. Make sure your cables are properly shielded. Personally I opted for Oyaide TS cables, but that might be a bit expensive. DJ TechTools make great cables too.
By using an audio interface with at least 2 in/2 out ports. The routing would be something like: Xone Send A > Audio Interface Input > Ableton Audio channel with FX enabled > Audio Interface output > Xone Return A. You will have to set up the audio routing in Ableton to take audio from the audio interface input and send the audio back to the audio interface output.
Where did you buy these transparent covers for your mixing console? I want to replace them on mine with these white rotary covers and white faders. Can you please send me the link and the name of the store?
Thank you! That helped quite a lot! At least to know what this tiny white little knob at the returns does is so worthy!
Do you mean the switches? They are to send the return channels to the filter section.
@@OmarNachtraaf no the little one on the back, you mentioned in your video. Line/hiz.
those knobs are fire my friend, awesome skin on the mixer also.
In case you want them as well, look for the Luma Glow Chroma Caps by DJ Techtools. The skin is by DJ-Skins.
I wish you could make this video a bit longer and show us how the effects acctualy are work reverb and delay specially im interested

It's great fun. =)
How did you make it black ?
Sticker from DJ Skins.
wish that there was some sort of a xone upgrade to the PX 5 model like two full functional filters and 4 bend eq like there is on the xone 92/9
You could just buy a 96?

Those ought to be standard mono jack to mono jack cables.
That's one sweet-looking 96!
Tnx!

Can you also use channel A and B as regular channels and have the returns go to C and D?
Yes that’s possible. A&H has nice tutorial videos on this.
I love you thanks
I love you too.
hey thanks for the demo. Please could you tell me where you got the skin and knobs/faders from? Cheers.
Skin is from DJ Skins, the knobs and faders are from DJ Techtools. They're the new Chroma Caps Luma.
@@OmarNachtraaf nice! Thanks my brother ✌🏽💙
@@OmarNachtraaf do your chroma cap faders fit perfectly? My fader caps fit but they still feel a little loose.
Where di you get the customization for your xone 96?
The skin is from DJ Skins.
Can you connect multiple pedals at once ?
Yes, you can.

I’m gonna be getting a digital delay DD-8 and a digital reverb rv6 what jack leads are best to use for send and return

What do you use to record your sets?
I have a laptop plugged in on USB that runs Traktor, which I record with.
How do u hook up abletons as a return?
I don't currently use Ableton as a return.
By using an audio interface with at least 2 in/2 out ports. The routing would be something like: Xone Send A > Audio Interface Input > Ableton Audio channel with FX enabled > Audio Interface output > Xone Return A.

No need to actually show it working.
