A Komatsu PC200 Excavator part (Left Final Drive, Monitor and The Main Controller) was stolen by the thief. This bad ass thief also burn the excavator in the end. They do this to prevent their proof can be detected. In This video show how we rescue the Komatsu excavator to the base camp to get repaired. in This recovery progress we use equipments : CAT 320D2 Excavator, Komatsu PC200 Excavator, Komatsu D85E-SS Dozer, Komatsu WA470 Wheel Loader, Nissan Self Loader Truck and Quester Self Loader Truck CGE 370 Triton to moving the main body of the excavator.

Do you have anything like insurance on a problem like this? Maybe cover 80 - 90% of recovery expenses. If not, expenses will take a BIG bite out of profits.

wow!! how did someone steel an entire excavator, did it make no noise? My best guess is one of the guys who worked with it stole it
not entire excavator, only a few part like final drive, monitor and controller, they also burned this excavator in the end. No one know when they work, early morning fire still burn that excavator. This bad ass still under investigation by the police.

@@taveshsingh The police arrested the specialized thief, they sent to jail and the excavator was rebuild and back to work again till today. Thanks for asking and watching my video.

As a follow up, were the thieves ever caught? Those were some pretty specific parts to be taken and had to be donequickly and quietly, then go to a machine that needed those parts to get it up and running! That should be able to be tracked down. I mean, how many companies there have this type of machine?
Yes, almost a year after this happen the police arresting them , specialist thief that only searching part by order, here we can found many type of this series used by most company. I'm also glad they caught the thieves responsible for the destruction of this fine piece of heavy equipment!! Maybe punishing the thieves will prevent someone else from destroying other's property again! People work HARD for the things they have and it's just terrible that someone would do such mean things to cause so much hurt to a family or a company just trying to make a living.

ones you make a salvage of unit rescue you most be tho safety first before you perform you work use mobile crane even 3oton in complete lefting belts with shackil specially the pc 200 komatsu extention arms with bucket 25 ton the main arms 29ton

when you let leaks go. The detritus builds up. It isn't flammable till it gets to an overabundant amount. When the operator does not take care of leaks this happens. With farm equipment it is the straw and dust piling up. When it gets up to the exhaust and then ignites, guess what, you can't put it out and a several hundred thousand dollar unit burns down. Some can be saved. Not sure about this one. They will try but it may be futile.
This burn caused by the theft who steal all the electric parts and controller including the final drive gear and battery, they burn the excavator to clear the proof of what they do.
