Hi nice to see that job done without all the specialist safety equipment, and big heavy wreckers that would be used in North America for this project. Those trucks they load those excavators on are a real nice idea to. Would never of seen them if it wasn't for this video. Thanks for posting this was very interesting to learn something like this from another country with different truck loading and unloading equipment ideas to where I live..

+super6954 Yes in different countries in Asia they do things a little different the trucks uses to hall the heavy equipment on are made in Japan this was shot in the Philippines, I believe.. Note that everyone involved knew exactly what each was suppose to do without any drama or fanfare.

How do the machine operators not go simply mad--six people at either end of the work site all waving their hands and shouting--who is in charge--how do the dozens of passers-by, onlookers, and seemingly oblivious motorists not get smacked by a cable or boom--the cops are where ? these are great videos and every scene is as described above--chaos, skill, and pure luck nobody gets killed
My thoughts also. The operator only needs to watch and listen to one person on the ground.
It's like there are no bosses there and everybody is telling the operator what to do.
Watching from California 5/23/2020. Very interesting recovery. Workers are very professional and efficient. Even without any safety gear, the work was done very fast. Wonder how much, operators, helpers, etc. are paid by the hour in U.S. dollars. Thank you for a great show. I will be looking for your other shows MrZygy3. - ACbicolman

It is incredible that given the nature of the accident & rescue done by 2 excavators which should have been done by cranes, there are not a single glass broken in the excavator or the truck... Kudos.. Great job guys...
Yes, too long to wait the crane come to the crash site, and the road closing is not an option, this was happen in the morning, which rush hours and traffic jam occurs. Thank you for watching and greeting from Java, Indonesia
excellent bit of recovery ,I live traffic lanes too .if that had been here the fire service would have closed the whole road off for at least a day .

I just answered a comment about this very thing to a lady a few minutes ago. In the U.S. or the U.K. it would have taken ten times as long, been way more complicated, it would have put a lot more people in danger, it would have closed the whole road with police, fire, rescue, hazardous waste crews, HUGE EXPENSIVE tow trucks and oh the fines!! The HUGE fines that would have been charged these poor people!! By the time all was said and done, it would have taken much longer and cost enormous amounts of money!! Good job to everyone involved here!

Lots of men to help and knew what they had to do the truck soon back on it wheels and gone and the Kobelco was up and running in no time to
Not like England the Police VOSA (transport officials) would be all over like a rash handing out tickets and fines and closed the road for 6hours to find out why the truck over turned !

Wow and never heard one horn blowing...The poor machines were given one hard go before this happened...The trucks set up to haul them were different and yet did the job...Never saw road traffic like that...Was glad to see the boys and men did not get hurt...They did well with what they had to work with...

Nice job fellas and great video quality.Also liked the truck loading idea but it would need to used with great care on gradients.That accident would have taken about 6 days to complete in central London..ha ha.

A really terrific job of righting both the lorry or truck in America, and especially the righting of the machine with probably no worn or broken parts, after all these machines are bloody tough! Really superb work. It might have helped if those giving directions had a company logo on the jacket!
+mrbluenun Thanks, it's a hard day, hard work and high risk recovery, all we did it without any other help, just using and maximizing our team to solved this problem. No one hurt, no engine damage, just oil in both engine pistons. Thats very good idea.

It is always a good idea when using cranes of any type that there is only ONE person doing the signalling or else someone will end up getting hurt.

Yes i know the company. I always record this company equipment before. They call me and we go to the crash site together for the recovery, very crowded, traffic jam instantly happen at the time where people are going to work in early morning, this crash happen in 04:00 AM and we start the recovery soon when we are arrive. Keep the road open is the priority, just working together, do the best, fast and no man who command this work, just work. Thank You and have a good day to you too...
@@MrZygy3 Hello! Do you measure temperature by Fahrenheit or Celsius? The weather here in Philadelphia has been frigid, in °F it has been mid20's overnight &below40 every day this week. Had our first snow overnight into yesterday morning, a whole inch! (2.54cm) Most of it melted during the day, just a little ice is left in the shade. Might get up to 50 on Sunday after rain moves in. 50°F = ~10°C. 20°F = -6°C. Damn, -6 sounds even Colder! Well, I hope things are going well for you!

Every one waving their hands and talking loudly with excavator operators,...... right,...... little left,...... go back,..... come slowly, stop, stop, stop, but no police, no street closure, totally dangerous operation with zero plan and many, many street "professional" directors dictating their opinion of how to solve this mess, wow.
If this happened in Australia this road would have been blocked for a whole day.
Cars would not have been allowed to cross on to the other side.
The machines with metal tracks would not have been allowed because it would cut up the asphalt.
Practical countries I love!
They do the fastest method and solution and it works, if they block entire road, traffic chaos will happen here. If they have to use wheeled crane, it took more one day to bring it there. So, 5 minutes after crash, the driver call for help, and all move to the site and work together, no supervisor or commander. The company pay all of the cost from the accident impact to the road structure. No damage to the trucks and excavator. Thank you Konblacky for watching my video. Greeting from Java, Indonesia.

@DialatedPupils in most asian countries the use of low-boys are mainly for huge/massive/oversized loads...while low-boys are still considered the safest most prefer using self loaders due to road constraints...accident like this rarely happen...because of efficiency and cost effectiveness the use of a self loader justify the means...it is just an issue whether or not safety precautions are implemented during transport

ceritanya ada Kobelco SK200 sedang berlari, tiba tiba kena tackle sampe cidera.
lalu datanglah Komatsu (kuning = wasit) dan rekan satu team lainnya (Kobelco = seragam sama) untuk membantu yang cedera tersebut untuk segera menuju ruang medis untuk perawatan lebih lanjut. sekian.

I just LOVE all the various sidewalk supervisors who direct the heavy equipment operator who pays absolutely no attention to them.
They always have the same arm movements which most of the time one arm doesn't agree with the other. LOL

Does anyone know what those orange pipes/tubes are attached to the truck, going over the excavators? I see those pipes/tubes on a lot if trucks from this part of the world.
That orange pipe used and attached to the excavator to prevent electric cables or tree branch stuck on equipment, it will flow the cables or tree branch from the front to the rear of the truck. Thank you for watching and greeting from Java, Indonesia.

In my apprenticeship, I was often strapped in, up on the boom / arm of the equipment we moved, with a long fiberglass or PVC fork to do the same. Sometimes took split plastic pipe &taped it as a sleeve over wires so they could roll over us. This would have been easier, at least for me... Maybe was just a hazing by my 'inferior superiors'

Itu selang kita pakai untuk mengamankan alat dari kabel, ranting atau apapun yg berada di jalur dilewati truck. Benda tersebut akan di lewatkan oleh selang tanpa tersangkut di alat. Thanks dah mampir...

I have a new respect for that Mitsubishi. That's a good sized load for even a much bigger truck. A Komatsu PC 200 weighs 22 tons....

Salam 1 aspal 3 pedal untuk semua driver indonesia untuk jaga keselamatan semoga sampai tujuan tanpa ada musibah sedikit pun
these guys come in, get the equipment ready and everyone just does something to get the job done quickly. If this was in the US there would be 2 heavy cranes or rotator trucks, a hazmat team, 15 police, 2 ambulances on standby, city safety inspector, road maintenance, electric company to check the utility lines, OSHA safety inspector, complete road closure in all directions and 15 to 20 guys standing around, waiting for one guy to tell them what to do to get the job done in about 2 to 3 hours.
Organised confusion ! How many guys does it take to load/guide, an Excavator onto a truck. ??
