Whereas eating a more carnivore diet, I’ll keep some steaks in the fridge, some brisket, or ground beef. I’ll cook some of that up with maybe some eggs and maybe a little kimchi on the side. Sometimes I just do the meat and eggs though. When I’m done I’m full without feeling bloated from eating tons of fiber and beans, etc.

I dated a female athlete. She wasn’t hurt by anyone, but she did grow up with 3 older brothers! I did martial arts with a female cop who also grew up with older brothers, and you can’t deny the affect that has on females in that situation.
That breaks my heart 💔 I've been friend with an ex vegan athlete and it was painful! She couldn't build muscles even if she ate all those powders, she was always sick and injured, caught her cheating numerous times and in the end she said that you can't be vegan and be an athlete. Regular coffee consumption overrides bile function causing your digestion to get messed up and makes you crap out undigested food. Fasting isn't bad, in fact once a week is great. Just load up on meat the day before.
I don't get why people drink coffee. I know that people like junk food cuz its sweet and hyperpalatable but coffee on its own its either bitter or sour to the point that your senses tell you not to drink it
It's because when you start drinking it you gain "energy" (stress/adrenaline) and it makes you feel alert and happy but then you get addicted to it like a drug and you never feel like you wake up without it, you start having headaches and crave it when you are without it. At this point you don't even get that energy boost you felt at first but you feel horrible without it so people start thinking that it's good for them since they can't live without it anymore. Source: I was a coffee drinker myself for 10 years and it was really hard to quit even for me who realized that it was ruining my gut and damaging my nerves. Coffee drinking is also so normalized that you are almost expected to be a coffee drinker, people legit think you are weird for not drinking it nowadays and insecure people follow trends and do like everyone else just to fit in. You also get used to the awful bitter taste and a lot of people drinks it with milk and sugar.
I drink it a couple of times a week because i like the taste of coffee.. But never as a wake up pill, so first at couple of hours into my day. But only have specialty coffee and light roast, and I know it is not benificial put thats a poison i pick to have in my life and only that for my joy.
@@Crazyfuckhoved I think that's fine as long as you don't become reliant on it and as long as it's not causing any major issues like it did for me, I had to quit since my gut got so bad and my hands started sweating a lot the last 2 years of drinking coffee. I drink tea sometimes instead and I know that it doesn't do me any good either but I'm not addicted to it whatsoever and I go weeks or months without it sometimes, and it doesn't upset my stomach like coffee does. The human body is so strong and adaptive that a little bit of "poison" won't kill you anyway, and it seems like everyone has different tolerance levels.

Just eat meat, eggs and maybe some carbs like raw honey, raw milk or fruits. But don't overdo the carbs... As long as you train in a proper way and eat enough calories you will surely gain muscle with these foods.

Body building has always been so weird to me, even in men. People think those people are healthy, but they're building their muscles in unnatural positions. But at least I "understand" why some men might want an exaggerated version of a man's body. For women it's even more bizarre, because why would they want to look like they have a man's body?

I drink it a couple of times a week because i like the taste of coffee.. But never as a wake up pill, so first at couple of hours into my day. But only have specialty coffee and light roast, and I know it is not benificial put thats a poison i pick to have in my life and only that for my joy.
@@Crazyfuckhoved I think that's fine as long as you don't become reliant on it and as long as it's not causing any major issues like it did for me, I had to quit since my gut got so bad and my hands started sweating a lot the last 2 years of drinking coffee.

The human body is so strong and adaptive that a little bit of "poison" won't kill you anyway, and it seems like everyone has different tolerance levels.

Just eat meat, eggs and maybe some carbs like raw honey, raw milk or fruits. But don't overdo the carbs... As long as you train in a proper way and eat enough calories you will surely gain muscle with these foods.
