Well I'm glad you explained gradients because I totally thought it meant that one part of the enclosure needs to be more humid than the other... which is a lot more work than what you just did.
I add some repashy grub pie to my geckos powder mix for some added protein along with a tiny bit extra vitamins to keep a decent ratio of proteins and vitamins. But not matter what my geckos are getting crickets at least once a week along with the crested gecko diets for those same reasons. Plus idk if it’s just my geckos but my leachie and cresteds don’t go completely crazy over bugs but my chohouas entire demeanor changes as soon as I toss one in and the hunt is on. The crickets are always gone in a matter of a minute, then comes a growth spurt
Awesome video mate. Bought my first chewie 1.5yr old Mainland male. Found him kept in a 30cm high cube. As soon soon as he was out he was trying to escape, being jumpy etc. Now he's living in a 90cm tall and has calmed down ALOT. Managed to get my hand on a white collar juvenile. Currently in a 30 tall until he grows out enough to live in the 90
A small baby lizard can have a very hard time finding food and water in a large enclosure. It's also harder to find the baby or it's poop. As a result, raising baby lizards in very small enclosures helps ensure they get the food, water and security they need to grow up big and strong. Many babies fail to thrive in large terrariums.
hints the reason they were thought to be extinct... they don't live in the wild long, in captivity they do. a 6 qt bin makes them feel safe to grow and make sure they eat.

It's honestly one of the best videos you've ever made.
Idk about that, it's a 10-10 right now 😂😂😂

BANGER DAKOTAH BANGER I WAS WAITING FOR THIS ONE
Hello which lights do you use exacly which brand? for your crested and your other New caledonia geckos
The sun emits every color, the colors you see on objects in the world is the pigment that said object isn't using.
I always wonder why breeders use little bins for babys for "safety".. why not replicate the wild?? In the wild, babys aren't born in bins
