It is so crass to say that everyone needs more magnesium and less calcium fix osteoporosis. The key to success here is about balancing one's biochemistry, and that requires a different protocol for each person.

Agreed but he maybe just short sighted and trying to keep the video short (and doesn’t sell supplements.) He did talk about bal minerals incl mg at the start. New studies now put more emphasis on weight bearing/ impact movement 2-3 per wk. In Australia The Bone Clinic has worked w/women of all ages and levels of OP and osteopenia (pre osteoporosis) to safely and successfully rebuild bone. New studies confirm it’s safer then prev thought those w/OP. Prob need to work up to w/help. Also quality of bone incl tensile strength vs just density is key. New better tests avail. Easy to search. Bal of evidence to date shows Calcium more risk vs benefit unless tests show too much depleted thru drugs incl prednisone or acid blockers. Even then ionic Ca and other minerals maybe best.

Dr, how come you didn't mention to work out? Isn't doing regular exercises the best way to increase bone density??
