For me taking phosphatidylcholine has been beneficial. Was months long wait because of backorder from Pure Encapsulations. But, instantly noticed that this sebum buildup on scalp and some areas of skin on face and neck just "disappeared" and now back to "normal" what it was when I was younger. Can't help but think it is helping to clear plaque in arteries as well.

Does it have to be done through an iv line or can you use it orally will it still dissolve arterial plaque
