I 2 have a Scottie. I regularly have her trimmed every 6-8 weeks. She will be turning 4 this summer and I find having the long hair around her mouth as well as on the lower 1/2 of her body is abit too much. She loves to roll in the snow as well as the grass. Having snow balls in winter and worrying looking for the stickers of the different grasses and insects that can climb on board in spring, summer and fall is for me abit over whelping. Not even to say brushing, combing parting the hair looking for thoes dam insects is hard on her as well as me. So this spring I decided to have a trim all over like the length on the back and this is very liberating for both of us. I know she's a Scottie, cute as ever and we can invest in more outdoor walks without as much worry.😊❤
Great job! I have owned 6 Scotties and 1 Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. I started watching your video and noticed the legs in the background and it was a Wheaten! My Wheaten named “Winston” loved his “Uncle Duncan” and took him walking on a leash in the house, one time. I am a retired groom shop owner and AKC handler. Did you have 10” curved thinning shears? If so, what a wonderful new tool to me! ❤❤❤

Beautiful Scottie , would you tell me what blade you use on body and head
Wow! Wonderful job! I'm so curious... Including the bath, how long did it take?
A little more than an hour including the bath
@@TheDogGroomerJessI feel like a failure lol, it takes me like 3 hours to do my Scottie. I wish I was half as good as you.
