- In our nearly 15 Years on UA-cam we have no found a single skateboard that we could not break... until today. The Capsule Skateboard is an experimental skateboard made with a mix of molecular components that the world has ever seen. To the new skaters watching, go to your local parks/spots they are more than happy to help you learn. Today I learned a more comfortable foot position for me that allows me to get to riding position way easier. Also now I can do backside leaning turna

this are always cool to watch Braille
the reason it might be so slick is that they did the same thing as a Santa Cruz ever slick deck where there's a thin layer of plastic so its like deck rails but you don't need to install them and worry about pressure cracks. Would have to be under the graphic though because on the ever slick decks there above so it preserves it.

All of them fighting for the board to do tricks reminds me of the scene from lords of dog town where they do something similar.
I haven't tuned in to you guys for a month or two, before that, I've been watching for a couple years. The point is, I cant remember Glo ever doing a slide or grind into a manny, ever. What's he been smokin? Send some to the east coast, please. That was sick Glo. Goin in cold too. Nice. Also, I think that board is kinda super sick. Prolly 300 bucks, though. Nice work guys.

It’s the exact same issue I had with the flight deck, it only lasted about the same amount of time as a normal deck

One thing guys, I work in carbon fiber and fiber glass, when those things break they are SUPER sharp. Its like broken glass and razor blade needles to be careful.
These guys are scientists, just doing stuff to see what happens and they record their findings, that's science

In 1987 Powell Peralta came out with Bonite boards, I had the McGill. tThen in around 1991 I had my first Everslick board. As long as there is wood as part of a boards construction it will break.
Yup but Everslick decks were just a layer of polymer plastic over the graphics to help protect it and help with slides. They still make them but what's even better is their VX Decks w/ Everslick.
I would love to see a game of skate with a a pair of trucks where one side is heavy and the other is light❤

Edit: I saw you mentioned the Lithe at the end of the video, but you didn’t manage to break the Capsule on that video, that’s what makes me more curious. I want to buy the tougher deck 🤣

You guys should skate a line with the whole team. Instead of one person doing 7 tricks in a line, you guys throw a trick, pass it to the next guy, and everybody has to hit a trick in the line
They actually did that a year or so ago, forget the video title but you should definitely look it up since the result was awesome. They should definitely do some more though, it could really be an ongoing series.

@@longerused2023 yes they have it on the braille website. That’s where I bought mine. They also did a video on it on here. Absorbs impact, great pop and I weigh 240 pounds. Capsule did a video where they ran over it with a SUV 30 times and it still wouldn’t break lol

No such thing as indestructible even Powell doesn't claim that with their Flight ® decks or Santa Cruz VX decks as well. Carbon Fiber has been used in the Snowboarding industry for decades now as my old K2 Union from the early 00's has it in the center core for added strength and rigidity but like anything else it can be stressed enough to eventually fail and break. Board companies don't want to produce decks that can't be broken as it's bad for business. This deck still looks pretty cool I give em that 👍

@@OverTheTopComedy in use I bet they're nigh on indestrucible, and they seem brilliantly engineered. But I'm looking forward to the day someone ships them a pure composite dynema/kevlar board with thru layer stiching/end braiding that they can't even delaminate the ends of. It's be dead as heck with no pop, so not a great product, but it'd be more 'indestructible' than anything including wood plys.
