Hi! I want to know what ingredients you put in the fridge and freezer. For me, I put oyster sauce , sesame oil, chili oil, hoison sauce and sweet chili sauce in the fridge. I put blachan shrimp paste and kafer lime leaves in the freezer. What other ingredients would you recommend putting in the fridge and freezer. Much thanks.

Easier and more healthy way fry high heat take it out then double fry it again or even triple fry it instead of you leaving soaking cooking in the oil that's not ideal.
