Hi, Nin. This is a great recipe 😍😍😍.
Look Aroy Maak Mak.
I used to cook Moo Krob like boiled pork belly first, then dry pork skin in a oven,
then deep fry.
It took over 2 hrs.
Next time, I will try your Moo Krob recipe.

Bonjour !
Wowza! In N.C. USA we have 'fatback'. Same pork belly cut, yet salt cured. We usually cut it cross grain about 3/8 inch [maybe 9 or 10 mm] and fry till crisp. Serve in a homemade buttermilk biscuit with gravy made from the grease. Coupla eggs and a cup of coffee and it's breakfast time! Love ya sweetheart.
Sounds great! I'm drooling right now! 🤤🤤🤤
Hi thank for this. But i see some people boil the pork first before frying. is that okay?
Wow, that side pork belly looks so delicious and so crispy. Cheers for more great cooking videos 👍
Thank you 😋
I love crispy pork belly cooked with chinese broccoli & chilli 😋 normally order it at thai restaurant. I know it's kinda chinese food influence hqha 😆
With oyster sauce right? Hmmm I love it 🤤 Yes, I agree!
My side called the pan-fried meat. Very delicious meat, very crispy, I want to eat 👍🔔
Thank you 😋
ทำไปเรื่อยๆฮะ โปรโมทหนักๆหน่อย เดี๋ยวก็ดังแล้ว

What did you say about the part it will be chewy?? What mistake?
I love pork and you have a beautiful looking face 😊😘
Edit: new subscriber because of the pork 😎😎😎😘😘😘
Thank you and welcome! 😊🙏
how come the oil is not exploding ?
because I didn't wait until it's hot, then add the pork belly 😋🥰
Aww... I love deep fried moo grob. But it's too dangerous to deep fry at home 😢
Deep frying is like going to war. Use the wok Cover as a shield. 🛡️🤣
🤣 I get it! but there is nothing to be scared if you follow my step 😍🙏
i still failed, any clue?
skin still chewy
what is the name of sauce with a tamarind sauce together with fish sauce and cilantro? any video? 😅🤣
Hi budoy. Its the sauce thad is used in pla rad prik...greets
@@flaubertot not prik nám plaa?
Works both
I can't tell which one is the one you're looking for, because the tamarind juice and fish sauce are usually used in many different Thai sauces 😅
Prik Nam Pla is fish sauce, a little bit of lime juice, sliced of shallot, garlic and a lot of chopped chilies 😍 It's delicious with this recipe too! (my personally like to serve this sauce with Thai omelet and rice, hehe 🤤)
Wow fuk very tasty
wow very nice cooking i want bite maybe so good 😚👍👍
thank yooooou! 🤤🤤
roasted pig head and snake barbecue @
