I’m think of getting this 3L peak design. But I’m contemplating the Alpaka atom x sling. I don’t carry cameras so the peak might be more for people with camera gear. I like the strap setup for the peak looks really easy to flip from front to back. The 3L looks puffy not sure how that would against your back.

We got the 6L after watching the peak design UA-cam channel and they showed a setup to carry the Nintendo Switch and that will be perfect for the kids for when we travel on the train of plane. I got the 3L for myself just to carry small items and use it as my everyday sling.. Great video just found your channel today.
In 3L, I have a small mirrorless Fujifilm X-E4 with zoom lens mounted plus two prime lens, pretty much all I would need to carry around in a sling bag.
So here's the thing - I'm off on a holiday and looking to purchase an EDC to hold various small items including a Fujifilm X100V, small water bottle, and glasses. I purchased the Bellroy Venture Sling 6L and think it looks great but is a bit smaller than I imagined tbh considering the 6L size mark. For example, the Peak Design Everyday Sling 3L camera bag - yes 3L - (superbly made also) has almost the EXACT same dimensions, looks able to store pretty much exactly the same amount of items and is extremely well crafted with comparable weather resistance etc - BUT quite a bit cheaper. Why is the Bellroy so much more expensive and named 6L, when the Peak Design of the same size is 3L ??????? Is there something odd going on???
The 3Litre looks great. I was looking for a day bag for my X100V + keys, wallet, phone, USB power pack and a couple of USB cables. I reckon this is perfect.

Did PD not fix your zipper under warranty? Also, how do the shoulder pads lay if you're wearing it to the side more like a messenger? It was hard to tell if you hit padding or if the connection between padding and belt was more in the way.

How do you find the storage in the Bellroy Sling vs the 3L? I'm using the Bellroy Sling to hold my Sony a7iii (with an L bracket) + 35mm f1.8. Gets a bit tough putting stuff in the main compartment when I have the camera in. Eyeing the 6L as it looks nice for size, but a bit tall, while the 3L seems good for just carrying a camera and bare essentials

Hmm I just got the v2 6L and there's waist/fanny pack mode! I test it while hiking and very stable 😆

From the PD specs page, it seems like the 5L is about the same size (external dimensions) as the 3L. Is that so?
I thought the same, would have really liked a comparison between the 3 and 5. Especially interested if the depth is enough to fit an X-T3 for example.

How is the main zipper on the 6L version? I've got the 5L version and the zipper is a royal pain to open with one hand. So frustrating.
