Drawing in perspective can get tricky as objects get more complicated. How do you draw circles in perspective? How do you draw angled lines in perspective? How to you draw cars in perspective? Buildings? furniture? Rooms? Giraffes? In this lesson we break down how to use basic shapes to construct more complex illustrations.

Yes! The art class I love to attend!!
Here before this gets 100likes
Yes same here I really like how he explains things and make it easy
The only shcool we cuold attend( I actually love going to school) the most awesome school!
2 lessons I'd like to see you cover)
1. Foreshortening the arms and legs(and having the hands and feet the right size when foreshortening)
2. Using the Golden Ratio for drawing, like Stephen Silver does.
We need a lesson on Foreshortening for sure!!!
Araki also uses the golden ratio, just as a plot point instead, look at this, learning more than art!
@@0ccasional_j035 do you mean hirihiko araki or someone different
The only class I would ignore my sleep to attend!!
Man, look at these likes, Haven't got these many since the start of time
Sleep on time pls
@@MA-zo3cm I want to but... My mind is like, ooh check this out, this guy is fighting a duck on the water...
Please, never stop doing these videos. They are helping me so much to keep me motivated and finally start to improve my drawings. I never thought that I was good enough to start making my own drawings and your videos are making me believe I can actually do it, so thank you so so much!!
He stop it😭

@@BradsArtSchool I am also looking forward sir!!
That scaling tip for objects was great!
Dammnnn this was so easy to understand Brad!! I literally don't know why I just ignored this video even after it being in my subscription feed, but this was worth watching 😄
I love these lessons. I expect a lot of myself so I get really frustrated with myself when I don't succeed on my first try, but if someone like you even has problems getting things (which I even see in your review videos) it's super reassuring that even I can get it. Two of the things I wish I would have learned more about while in school was drawing (for concept art) and color (for making more convincing scene composition). I'd like to see you cover some lighting, shading, and color in the future.
"This man"!!!- I'm speechless
Thanks for tips and guidance!!!

I love how you are telling it alongside of story
Loved drawing as a kid after all those years came back to it
To learn more effectively for my psychology ba
Those lecture slides can be really dull
I’ve always struggled with perspective and a lot of art teachers explanations would confuse me even more. This video actually helped me understand better. It is still hard, but I’ve gotten way better by following the tips in your two perspective videos. It’s so nice finally understanding and seeing an improvement in my art. Thank you so much!!!

PLEAAAAASEEEE KEEP ThiS SERIES GOIIIIINGGGG, I've always loved to draw, but lately I was in a little bit of a creative work bump. I scrolled and watched many videos that made me feel overwhelmed over the huge universe of drawing but then I found this series and it has helped me so much!!!! I love it with all my heart! It's fun and makes this big concepts very friendly to learn!! Thank you so much for giving me back my drawing spark, I seriously needed it.

This is so dope! I have watched almost all his videos without thinking I'm taking a usual art class or watching a art tutorial. It just feels natural to draw. And also the 3 students are my favorite

So cool! You helped me a lot. I’m just a beginner, and your channel is really what gave me progress 👍👍👍
Please, don’t stop making videos! 🔥
I've watched all your videos, you're just so helpful! Thanks so much!!
I can't thank you enough for these videos. I've always been creative and naturally pretty good at drawing but I've been trying to work up the motivation to learn how to properly draw for like 30 years, almost my entire life. But I always hated the technical stuff SO much. And it stopped me from getting truly good at art, and the stuff I did draw I struggled so so much to get the finished result. Now for the first time in my life I'm actually learning the basics because you've presented it in a way that I can digest and it doesn't make me want to die of boredom. I can't explain to you how much this means to me and how much I legitimately feel like this might be a turning point in my life. I know this is a super dramatic comment but it just really means a lot to me that someone out there cares enough to give the public free art lessons in a fun little way where you actually feel like you're part of a little class. For people like me with social anxiety and depression, this is kind of everything. Just...thank you.
this tutorial taught me more than my art professor did in an entire quarter semester. (4 weeks)
Using many of these videos to supplement classroom instruction. So impressed by their quality. Would love one that deals with light and shadow in order to model forms. Seems like an important concept still missing from the series.
Waiting for new video so much! Thank you for all your video guide for beginners. I learned a lot new thing. I’m finally can draw a lot things a I was dreaming about and thought I have no talent and will never draw them!
The best and free lesson thanks mr brad
Ty for all your classes,i learn alot from them :D
Your videos are very useful.thanks for sharing.
I'd love to see more detailed tutorials on the features of the face, like you mentioned potentially in the drawing faces for beginners video. Love this series so much!

For the first time, I always see them putting a cross on a box, or cool-looking perspective circles. Now I see it with my own eyes on how to do it, this is such a fun and creative tutorial! Can't help but enjoy it as I learn, ur doing good Sir Brad!
Your videos are very helpful for me as i am interior student so, i have to clear basics for drawings..

Hi, I saw all your videos and you have explained them in a really easy way to understand. Also, the scaling tip was REALLLYYYY helpful!! could you make a video on forms and values with negative and positive forms as well?
best perspective lesson ever . tnaks brad
Oh WOW! Thanks a bunch, I really needed this
i was watching other videos on how to scale something in perspective and even though i DO understand how perspective works, i was having some trouble understanding this particular piece of information. i thought i was just dumb, but i came across your video and i realized i wasn't dumb, the people explaining in other videos were just bad teachers. so thank you so much for this! it was really, really helpful!
Dude you are literally legendary
