Hello there, May I share the most important news with you ever? God the Father sent his Holy Son Jesus (Y'shua) to earth to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. After that they put Him in a tomb for 3 days, and on the 3rd day Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people. Then Christ ascended back to heaven. We all must genuinely believe in Christ and receive Him into our life as Savior to be saved. John 1:12 says: " But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you put genuine faith in Christ and receive Him into your life today?
The Philippines is the most expensive country to live in....in SouthEast Asia yet it is one of the poorest countries in that area. The reason why rent and housing is so expensive in the Philippines is because of OFW's (Overseas Filipino Workers) returning and retiring back to the Philippines after years of working overseas in countries like America, Canada, Europe, and the especially the Middle East. Because employment is difficult to find in their own country, Filipinos have traditionally had to leave their country to find work. And because they can speak English very well they are chosen for jobs over other people from that region. If you ever go on a cruise in the Caribbean or Mediterrean....you will notice 75% of the crew are Filipinos. Their ability to speak English well and their friendliness makes them a prime candidate in the service industry overseas. Now after many years and ready to retire, many of these OFW's are returning back to the Philippines and buying up houses to live in or to rent out...driving up housing prices at a ridiculous rate. Many OFW's still working abroad are also able to get long-term mortgages because of their status.....a luxury that is not easily obtained when living in the Philippines because of the unstable job market. And on top of that, you have South Koreans buying condos in droves in the Philippines and driving up condo prices. Fortunately it is still relatively cheap to build your own home in the Philippines but that luxury is only available to Filipino citizens.
