@@AngelOnEarth0614 I like children and babies so for me not a big deal. Darn barking dogs in Philippines is become so common. Often the dogs are kept in cages and bark all day long! How about roosters Angel? I don't mind them at all I know others find them very annoying.
Very lovely place. I really have been wanting to go to the beach/water. This place would be ideal. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of visiting it with you, Ms Pea. I do hope you have a nice weekend. The best to you and yours.
Pea: Nice place, for a nice price! Lots of stuff within reach to give that sense of relaxation which most older Ex-Pats would want in their life. No pets, No Kids, No problems! Seems like a bit of Paradise within a Paradise to me, just wish I could afford it! Keep up the great work Pea, many blessings to you.
Excellent! @pea... Now I'm sure that anyone who'd been wondering but hesitant to ask about such sumptuous residences has had many questions answered. Most importantly the one regarding pets. Many people do favor pets in later life, and it's better not to get our hopes up too high in the first place .😊 Thank you, once again. Brilliant!!
One cool thing about the Philippines is the range of housing that's available. $1,300 for a luxury condo, or at the more affordable end of things, my wife and I spent about $50,000 to build a 1500 square foot, 2 story house on a lot we already owned in Cavite. That house is completely paid for, so our monthly expense for food, electricity, water. etc. is around $1,000. At the luxury condo you hear nothing but the wild birds. At our house in Cavite, you can hear the neighbor's chickens. And dogs. And kids. And of course, the daily chismis. Instead of luxury condo restaurant food, there's the fresh bread seller, and the fish seller, and the ice cream guy, and the local open-air market with its piles of chicken feet. There's the coconut guy and the pineapple lady. Luxury is nice, but I like living in a neighborhood.
This place is beautiful and perfect for me. Quit a bit of that price is for the location though and it's well placed.. You also pay for the not kids and animals. Perfect.
Pea talking about her personas on the pool was good hearing & Alma has a pretty smile. Now that you have commercials i had 2 about christian filipina 😆

Pea, I have been really enjoying your video sessions like this one where it is entertaining and informative. You are a natural in front of the camera. Thanks again, Joe
I currently live in New York City. I have two houses and two cars. I spend roughly $6000 a month to live. After having visited the Philippines multiple times, I am convinced that I could live there on less than $3000 a month and be completely satisfied. This past month of July, I also visited Bali and I’m convinced I could live there on less than $3000 a month as well. I would say the same thing about Bangkok Thailand. The main issue is the cost of my housing. I definitely wouldn’t own a car there so that’s already $2000 a month I wouldn’t be spending. In Philippines, I would live in a condo for about $500 a month with its swimming pools, laundry, service, nearby access to the shopping mall and use public transportation to move about. This far THE GRASS RESIDENCE in Quezon City has been my favorite. I definitely don’t see myself investing in any property or building anything. These are choices that I am currently evaluating because in fewer than 10 years I’m expecting to retire.
Nice upbeat video Pea! You should be official ambassador for visitors to your country. Nice accommodation in the unit. If someone is staying for a year would have been nice to have small washer/dryer in the unit for keeping clothes clean. Thanks for showing us parts of your beautiful country.
@@TheFilipinaPea 🤣, But here in the North East, $1300 gets you no where near what you describe, you'll have a roof but it may still leak. Not kidding on that.
@@Filo-Joe South East US. Prices have gotten crazy down here. Even worse in some other places. I have researched for retirement and there are still cheaper places to live in the US but anywhere within a hundred or so miles radius 2k is about best you can do. Maybe if you found some very old places you could do better but nobody gives them up. If I ever need an apartment instead of where I live now when I retire I will need to probably move no less than 200 miles away. And the sad thing is I am not even in the more expensive areas of the state. Just average prices where there is work.
Hi Pea! I think you took the video down while I was watching. Tried to comment and was getting an error. Glad you brought it back. Alma is awesome if you need a place to live. Have a great weekend.
In London you would struggle to rent a studio apartment for that price where your bed, lounge and kitchen are all in one room. You would then have to pay around $250 a month council tax plus all the bills.
@@TheFilipinaPea Council tax is a local UK tax on property covering the cost of schools, waste collection, policing, and a variety of social benefits paid to vulnerable people such as disabled, and single parents of young children. Poor elderly people in care homes. It is charged according to the value of the property. It is paid by the occupant regardless of if they rent or own. There are a number of exemptions for people who are unemployed, disabled, or on low incomes.
That’s very nice, Pea! It’s probably half or maybe 1/3 the price something here in the states would cost so the price isn’t bad from our perspective. Great job again and as always you look very pretty.

And even more impressive is you grew up in the Philippines. I saw your video you posted 3 days ago. I am interested in people's stories. You have a natural talent and are in your element when interviewing people. Also I appreciate the information you provide. Maybe I will come visit the Philippines some day. Wish you well.
Yeah Pea, when I do take the plunge, I want to rent in IT park I hope your friend can help with that . Also I heard that immigration is cracking down on tourist visas after 1 year , maybe you can look into that with a interview with JRC immigration services
the tourist visa is easy still... especially if you in a relationship with a Filipina (gf/fiance/wife), thats all you have to say which is a 100% valid reason to be there... then maybe show you haven't overstayed, and have something in savings to live off there or some type of employment bringing in money. People are making that new rules (just enforcing old rules) way overblown unless they are hiding something. Also if you from the US, they are certainly not looking to remove you if you paying anything into the economy
@@ChrisandMejoy oh I understand that now after I’ve done some research on it and found out that they are only getting stricter on making sure the paperwork is done correctly and if you’re living here and you’re a good person, they will probably not hassle you if at all . Ok Pea, reading some these comments are so misleading. " high rent" ( in California/ new york which both are cesspools. .most states are 22% less expensive. My wife and I stayed here in this very unit in 2022. The staff and amenities were incredible! The pool is amazing! They also have a lap pool that I utilized regularly. I was a member of the gym. Claudio was my personal trainer. He was awesome! I went diving in the sanctuary right off the beach. I saw a huge variety of fish--groupers, barracudas, clown fish, sea turtles, etc. I also took a boat to Apo Island. One of the top 10 dive sites in the world. It was the best dive of my life. The owners of the resort are very nice and personable. A great memory for us.
LOL Pea, you are fire this episode! “I like it hard”, a “session room” to trap a man and most hilariously “a Filipina with a knife”. We all remember the famous Filipina with a knife, Lorena Bobbitt. What mot people don’t know is that her maiden name was Lorena Cutacockoff. Average 1 bedroom apartments in Texas are costing up to $1500 a month….to live in the middle of Texas….. So $1300 a month is not too bad for that lifestyle. ❤
@@jeph190 Interesting, I just remember people calling her a crazy Filipina back then. But then again, there were more jokes than there was news about the subject.
Hi Pea, I think that place is a little bit too much like a hotel for my taste. It is very nice and spacious however. Realistically it's more than my retirement income will cope with anyway 😁😁
An episode for those with a larger budget. Nice! Nice view on the balcany. beach is nice. Quiet setting is a huge plus. Mster suit with attached bathroom Delux shower is great. Thank you, again, Pea for another fun real estate romp. What an amazing deal!
I love how you jumped instantly into character: "If you think about it, I'm like your bartender." Nice to see you smiling again!
Time to smile this week 😊👍
Thank you for sharing this beautifully affordable place.
I love this video, Pea gets to be extra tall here 🙂
I’m still a growing Pea 🤣🤣
This is the content I've been looking for; as in how much would a comparable condo rental cost vs the US. When I am ready I will contact Alma (after a month vacation to see if I like the Phillipines on a daily basis).❤

Absolutely beautiful!!! And the condo/area is nice too! 😘 This is similar to what i want to build on Panay in the Iloilo area. I prefer to own so my wife (family) has a forever home, with no rent worries, after i'm gone.
It's great seeing you smiling and cheerful again. I hope you ventilating the trauma of your past has freed you from its reach for a long time. Im still navigating away from mine and it's never easy but feels great when ya do
Hello beautiful Pea, great video as always❤love your outfit by the way🥰
Well thanks, Your Highness! ❤️

No crying babies too
@@AngelOnEarth0614 I like children and babies so for me not a big deal.
Thanks for touring with me, Dan 👍😊

Nice place, for a nice price!
Brilliant!!
Glad you enjoyed it, Colin! ❤️
Cruise ship employees also create animals out of towels for their guests. It's an impressive talent. Have a good weekend, Pea and Alma!
They’re mostly Filipinos working on cruise ships.
I am so impressed by animals created out of towels ... i will pay an extra $100 per month.
Interesting to learn this info.

I’m always working on them - suggestions welcome 🤣👍
@@TheFilipinaPea still recovering from you keeping us in the upright position for the entire video...
Very Nice, another 15yrs I might visit.
This place is beautiful and perfect for me. Quit a bit of that price is for the location though and it's well placed.. You also pay for the not kids and animals. Perfect.
It could be heaven for someone 👍😊
Pea talking about her personas on the pool was good hearing & Alma has a pretty smile. Now that you have commercials i had 2 about christian filipina 😆
So I think 2k would do the trick. I’ll send this video to a couple of my older friends. Regarding your last video baby girl well as a community love and respect you very much and if you put up the bat signal you’d have a lot of people coming to the rescue LOL. Love you sweetheart.
So happy to see that your not crying as well ! Love all your videos and love from louisiana ! USA🇺🇸🇺🇸
It's pretty nice. I rather rent that then a 2 bedroom in San Jose for $2000. $1500 rent would be my budget. I will be sure to keep this contact.
And not only is this one $1299, but the water and internet and HOA are free 👍😊
Then you’ve got a decade to plan and save - perfect! 👍👍👍

Not to sound like its nothing, but $1300 is so reasonable now days its scary. Here for $1300 you're lucky to get a roof.
Oh no! Where do you live? 😳
@@TheFilipinaPea 🤣, But here in the North East, $1300 gets you no where near what you describe, you'll have a roof but it may still leak. Not kidding on that.
Rent in my area for one bedroom average place.minimum 2000 us.
@@vince8436where U at?

Thats a good look for you Ms Pea!

In London you would struggle to rent a studio apartment for that price where your bed, lounge and kitchen are all in one room. You would then have to pay around $250 a month council tax plus all the bills.
‘Council Tax’? What the heck is that?? 😳
I like the hair style.
Luxury in paradise. Beautiful place and peace and quiet as well. Thanks Pea.
Wait until you leave the premises then you'll see the real Philippines, reckless driving, loud karaoke, stray dogs, Roosters, terrible infrastructure, mall is 8 KLM away with limited stock, yiu have burglars waiting for you to leave, the security guard is in cahoots, I know Dauin very small town, don't let a video convince you to come here, it's not paradise people, I'm an expat, I'm leavig for the USA in Oct 2024, I had enough of the Philippines.

For Philippines thats high standard but for a person who been everywhere and stayed in 5 stars I will give that 3 stars
Then You know that stars don´t matter. It´s the charm in the place that is the thing. You can´t buy that for money ... there´s just nothing more boring then some 5-star hotels.
@staffanlundberg I didn't mean to sound sarcastic sir,I just noticed some hotels in the Philippines are overpriced and it doesn't draw a lot of tourists overseas because you can fly from NY to Punta Cana in 3 hours and stay in Hilton 5-star all inclusive for just $331.00 and the whole island has a beautiful beach and tons of activities and be back Sunday to USA. Even Fil-Am go there instead 3 hours away that whole price 75,000 you can buy all-inclusive with plane ticket included..
@@needPeace6 Good thing thats only one location then, and in either case, I dont see anything in Punta Cana I am interested in
@@needPeace6 The P75,000 rental price is for monthly already, while $331 only for 1 day. That's the difference.

@@TheFilipinaPea thanks Pea you’re an angel 😇
the tourist visa is easy still... especially if you in a relationship with a Filipina (gf/fiance/wife), thats all you have to say which is a 100% valid reason to be there... then maybe show you haven't overstayed, and have something in savings to live off there or some type of employment bringing in money.
Lorena Bobbitt was born in Ecuador and grew up in Venezuela.
Sounds more RUSSIAN than Latina!
Right? lol. Apartments in NY are around 2,000 a month
