The Charger and Challenger were Dodge's highest selling vehicles out of their entire inventory. To remove them suddenly hits hard.
To be fair hitting hard would be an understatement

They have. Now offering $7500 off MSRP. Can’t give them he Charger’s and Challenger’s away. The dealers destroyed the lure of muscle with their insane mark ups.

I’m a salesman and we have ours marked down. Just sold a scat pack yesterday for $6k less than MSRP. Still have a few hellcats left too
Dealer near me still expects to get $133k markup on a Demon 170 in a buyer's market and high interest rates

They were broken in the sense that they were refusing to redesign. The current 2024 Ram 2500 still uses the cab and bed from a 2009 Ram. The 2024 Challenger still uses the same body from 2008. You can keep the power while at the same time modernizing the car.
they didn't need to redesign since they already look good, it ages well

90% of the country could care less about non-practical EV’s. You won’t get a HEMI in the future…but you will still be able to get an ICE. Dream saved!

Classic challengers and chargers are still around today! These cats and scats are going to be around for decades. You'll get one if you commit to it.

We’re guaranteed to see Dodge putting gas powered challengers and chargers back on the road by 2027.
Me and my Mom think the same. Barely anyone's unlikely to buy the new EV, considering EVs are not the future for cars. Not to mention its ugly, and practically killed off two of America's most beloved muscle cars. Stellantis can go f**k themselves for all I care.

The only people who are going to buy these electric cars are old rich people and people who know absolutely nothing about cars and are just buying it for the name “Dodge Challenger and Charger”.

I was a massive mopar fan since the age of 10 and I am now 19. I never changed up m mind dodge was more than a brand for me. What you guys are doing breaks my heart and the one of all your loyal customers or even future customers. The worst part is that Ford is going to steal a major part of dodge usual buyers since THEY did not discontinue their v8 mustang. Anyways FCA should of never merge. Chrysler bankruptcy take 4 in progress ⌛️🎬

the power is lower, the acceleration is worse, and it weights more. I know we have to change to electric for the enviroment, but how do you know that the electricity that you use in your car comes from sustainable sources? If it doesn't you are just moving the problem, not really acting on it. @@jaycorbin

Electric motors have considerably more horsepower than ICE engines due to the more efficient power delivery, same with acceleration as unlike ICE engines, Electric motors are always at peak torque, they don’t need to rev up for 2hrs before getting to max power.

the reason why there stopping is chrysler (the owner of dodge and jeep) is making a full commitment to EVs (even though they arent all that helpful because of the way the batteries are made) so they are started production for an EV charger or challenger wich so thats why they are ending the trailer for the charger looked like dodge made this decision themeselves but no chrysler forced the dodge company to stop making the v8 hemi and v6 and v10s due to this new commitment

Alas a legendary car retires, my dream car so far out of sight. I’ve always admired this car and wished always to get a black challenger. Me as a freshman in high school now seeing that’s it gonna be impossible to get one ( I can always buy one used ik) must push my heart to love the Daytona.
