The dealers association lobbies the fed to make it impossible to buy a car straight from Dodge, or get a car from out of the country that is under 25 years old. Car dealers are the bane of the car world. The thing between you and your dream. The thing that buys stock and hides it to drive up the cost. And now they have exclusive access to MOPAR. I don't think I could dislike a middle person any more than I do already. But damn, this one is pretty good. You would sell way more everything Dodge' without those scumbags. Bring back dealer to customer sales!

@@turnersexplicit7912 ecoboost are good engines, they’re the first in their class to combine a smaller engine with turbo chargers, I have 75k miles on my SHO and its still going. It’s not a perfect design but there’s nothing wrong with innovation. Not that it’s an SVT

I doubt it. It will be 2015+ and up is my guess 🙃 but maybe there will be some parts that will fit us 2006 to 2014 Mopar guys. If not, there are plenty of aftermarket stuff out there.

EV is coming but there may be some hybrid options too. I doubt the twin turbo V6 will happen. I don't see this on Stellantis roadmap.

@@spades9115 No they don’t. There is only one pro to electric and that is instant full torque. Electric is worse than internal combustion in literally every single other metric.
Dodge like their brother in their competitors market Ford should tackle Hydrogen powered powertrains. Both HYRBID and Hydrogen engines can definitely save the v8s and cylinder levels above that and keep the environment safe with lower emissions. A Hydrogen powered v10 Viper and v8 or inline8 Challenger will be bananas.
Exactly! I really hope FCA (or Stellantis, whatever) is working on Hydrogen-fuelled internal combustion enignes... we could save the Hemi V8 (and many more legendary engines like Ferrari V12, Lamborghini V12, Alfa Romeo V6 etc) polluting much less..

You'll be breaking a promise to the angel for releasing the demon and not giving the angel a rise in the world. Love dodge, today's cars go faster, 200 to 220 isn't enough. Seeing cars up to 300-400 shows that your muscle cars have potential, don't hold back, just imagine a 707, 797 or 800+ hp dodge charger or challenger breaking 300+ or more. Idealist move. Just a consideration on how much of a break through a company can reach. If I had a hellcat or demon, I'd do the thing other's wouldn't do and go faster.

Scat packs are still 6-8k more than they’re worth…. It’s 1k to add gps Smh in 2022 it should be standard & the cosmetic difference between the Scats & hellcats should be more noticeable… the scats also should have an all leather option…& Daytona should have a hp boost as well as the Wide Body

@@Cfrostpre Because it’s a proven fact you’re wrong. Remember when Dodge did the SRT Core? It was a bare bones trimmed down SRT (this is before the Hellcat, around 2013 and 2014) that had all the go, but was SERIOUSLY decontented. And no one bought them. The Scat Pack took the same principle and notched it up a tick or two; you still had the go under the hood, but had far better trimming inside, while leaving the real high end stuff like full leather for the then-still-available SRT and SRT Hellcat. They then got rid of the 6.4 powered SRT and made the Scat Pack the only way to get the 6.4, and SRT became supercharged.
Scat Pack isn’t priced too high, it is THE best power for dollar package in existence, and has been for a decade.
How they choose to market is none of your concern. Don’t buy, or buy. More people buy than don’t so.....again, facts is facts, you have been undeniably proven wrong. Again.
