How to use Grey, White and black to make a Procreate Brush.

Have you ever wondered how to use more than just white shapes in the Procreate brush ‘shape source’?
Black=transparent, White=Opaque
What happens in-between white and black? Follow these instructions!
Detailed Instructions
1. (Turn on Grid) Wrench in the top righthand corner - Canvas - Drawing Guide Toggle On.
*If you don’t see your grid-Edit Drawing Guide-2D Grid.
2. (Draw an Oval) Draw an oval without lifting your Apple Pencil/stylus - top center says ‘Ellipse Created’ - Tap Edit Ellipse to make sure it is level.
3. (Fill the Oval with Black) Color circle in the top left corner -Double tap black in the circle to select pure black.
4. (Duplicate Layer) Tap Layers - slide layer left - Duplicate
5. (Change one Layer to White) Select a layer by tapping on it. Magic Wand in the top righthand corner - Hue/Saturation/Brightness - Slide brightness to 0%.
6. (Turn off background layer) - open layers - uncheck background color.
7. (Move Black Layer right and down) - Select Black layer -Tap Arrow in upper righthand corner - move the oval.
8. (Fill black oval with a dark grey) Color circle - Value - S/0%&B/5% - fill black oval
9. (Copy Canvas) Tap Wrench - Add - Copy Canvas.
*Make sure the background is off!
10. (Create a new brush) Tap + in the top right hand corner of the brush library
11. (Paste New Shape) Shape - tap ShapeSource it's the circle - Import - Paste
12. (Turn down brush setting Spacing and increase Streamline) Stroke path - Spacing - 0% and Stabilization - Amount - 80-90%
13. (Press Done)
14. (Create a new layer to write on) Choose any color and start drawing to watch the magic unfold.
This won’t be a completely finished brush. You can use this new knowledge to your advantage and find out what else you can do.
