Hi, can you do the same video but about CMYK options ? :)
Should I use cmyk if i print it on the printer
hello, i am a procreate user from germany. I really hope you can help me with a problem in procreate. I want to import the color profile fogra 39. But when I am tapping on the right file its just grey and I cant import the color profile. Do you know which data format I have to find or what it needs to be imported??
Please help me, thanks!
Great video!! I have a strange problem though. When I save a drawing from an sRGB IEC61966-2.1 canvas to my camera roll, then upload it to another canvas with the same sRGB profile, the colours change. I have no idea why this is happening and I would like to know how I can fix it 🙏💕
Were both of the projects originally created with sRGB or was it changed within the project? I believe that will cause that issue
Thanks.
You're welcome
can i use the informations from procreate to make a real acrylic colour??......i mean the procreate can show me the mix of colours (how much red or blue or white ...)to may using for creating a real colour??thank you....
No, because the software uses a different color rendering than physical pigment paint.
I don’t remember the exact explanation… just look up additive, subtractive, and average “color mixing”.
Digital uses additive, and if you did that with real paint you will always get black/ muddy mixtures!
Hope this helps point you in the right direction
What is the best for procreate dreams?
RGB is always a safe option :)
I’m having trouble with animated gifs. When I export it spots on the canvas flash and I can’t figure out how to get rid of it
send me the GIF or a link to the exported gif so I can see what the issue is. Or email me tim@vt.supply
@@VisualTimmy I figured it out but thank you so much
My issue is I export it as P3 or sRGB and looks fine on my camera roll but once uploaded to instagram it changes to dull & muddy.
What do I need to do to fix this, feels like I haven’t had this problem before
Hmm, it could be getting compressed when uploading? What's the image size and file size?
PNG, 3000 x 3000 pixels 7.1mb
I’ve tried compressing it by exporting through other apps like Lightroom or changing the pixel to something smaller like 1080 x 1080 but didn’t improve anything
Hi, every time I export from procreate it looks opaque even using the sRGB option , it looks plane :( looks good on iPad but in phone or computer looks lifeless
Was the project originally created in sRGB or was it switched after using P3?
@@VisualTimmy it was originally sRGB, even if export it as PDF does not look good :( like the shadows or lightning
Hi! I've got the same problem. I try to edit the piece on PC, make it "warmer" and it kind of works but i can't do that for animated works. Do you guys have any tips for this? Or were you able to fix the issue at all?
@@nope4636 I don't really have a clue, but maybe the screens are just calibrated differently?
@@colorfully_art5708 I guess so, for now pc editing works at least lol. Thank you for replying anyway!
