I do the sausages in olive oil on medium low turning often till they reach 160° then take them out to rest in foil. Little bit of oil, butter, garlic, peppers and onions, Italian seasoning, pickle juice, Worcestershire, Cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. When done sausages in a steamed brioche hotdog bun with the peppers and onions on top, straight fire!🔥
This is just me, but I would add some mushrooms to this. I just got addicted to having peppers, onions and mushrooms with sausage ever since having it that way at a little cafe in NYC.
