To be honest, I make Spanish tortilla for breakfast when I have some left over boiled potatoes. To be even more honest, I always cook a little extra potatoes for dinner, just to have some left over for next morning Spanish tortillas. Sounds a shortcut, yes, it is, but worthy. Always a pleasure watching your videos!!! Question for you…What type of non stick pans do you use? I use to have non stick pans until I found out they were teflon. I just have cast iron and stainless steel now, which I love!!! I know the cast iron is heavy, but that’s what I was raise up on. I’m sure the stainless steel, is, basically like the cast iron…the more you use it the better it becomes and nothing sticks to them.
I love the recipes..if possible please think about less oil versikn of Spanish omlet....and for fans like me bring a bunch of one pot menus specially for rice

La tortilla española tradicional no lleva chorizo y está riquisima. La cebolla se acostumbra a poner después de las patatas para evitar que se queme. Y siempre se utiliza la misma sárten, una sola, es más práctico. Gracias por tus videos y saludos desde España!!
