Hello willie. That looks nice and clean. Black color foam and thread are definitely the best for 3d puff. The highest one I have done so far is 3mm. For me all depend on the design even if you set up the machine properly. I have a 1501 tc. The highest price I have sold them is 25$. Minimum qtty. Of 12. I normally do business with commercial clients. I will do a similar one and let you know how it was. Doing an amazing job guys. I personally went more than once to your old warehouse to learn from you. Now I’m. In Texas enjoying this helpful videos. Keep going. Henry Gonzalez Regards.
Thanks for stating the needle size. After you set the density in the software to 1.x, should that density match in the machine? My machine is set at default for 4.0.
I have a Happy HCD2-1501 and I'm doing New Era 403 trucker hats. I am using 3MM foam, 80/12 needles and have my tensions set. I cannot get these hats to run. Needle breaks, thread breaks, ghost thread breaks and severe bird nesting. I just don't know what else it could be.
Hi there, we're so sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your machine. Please check out this video on birdnesting: ua-cam.com/video/7g1Y9GZqGCo/v-deo.html&t. ricoma would it be hendigitising as well as all noted. Thanks in advance. Can you also do or direct me, on video for as low as you can go with Gen 2 cap hoop. Thanks.
I want to know what the tension numbers are for the thread and the bobbin, I'm having issues stitching out a full design because of the seam. I can get most of it out but then it starts to have issues with the thread and bobbin, causing the machine to stop. I use 3mm firm foam
HI there, thanks so much for watching. 80/12 needles are bit more durable than 75/11. Working with thick foam and 3D puff designs, it's best to use a needle that has these qualities. Hope this helps!
Hi there, we do have a laser attachment that can be purchase separately. If oil spills from the machine, it can be easily cleaned, but that means it was over oiled but not an issue.
Hi! How do you adjust the rectangular embroidery area in order to embroider larger (longer designs like this one) without running into the 'Design Is Too Large' Error?
when sewing with puff what is wrong when it KNOTS up on the back of the hat. I am using 80/12 needles , Loosen the tensions ., what else is there to do???/

Hi there, Nice hat! Great job. If it were me and I was doing 1 hat, then $35, but if doing several as the other person said in this feed, then less...I agree with that person. I downloaded the file and thank you for the file, and I noticed it says it's a DST file. I use PES only. How do I convert the file to work with my PES program? Thanks again!
I also have the EM 1010. I don’t think there is enough depth between needle and cap driver?. Awesome idea..Wish I had purchased the 1501 instead of EM 1010.:(
@@ricomatv File is not the best for hats. It starts from left to right. It don t have any run stitches to hold the material before satin. The end of letters doesn't have any caps to hold and cut foam. Why the Original file made in Chroma is not there for downloads too?

4.0 to 4.5 is usually the standard!
Wow that looks awesome. Can you do it with the EM1010?
Definitely! The embroidery area on the EM-1010 is smaller but this kind of thick puff is still doable
Hi I love your videos and it’s very useful for me

Yes you can!

Impressive isn’t it?
is there anyone here that would be interested in being a supplier for these types of hats? I am looking for someone that can make them.
Do you mean just supply the blank caps or have someone decorate/customize them for you?
Ricoma Embroidery Machines I need both
Kirk Shelton you can check out Garmeo.com
Henry Ma thank you. I will look at them today
Henry Ma Thank you for sharing this lead. They appear to do what I need.
What's with all of the oil splattering all over the place. You can see dripping on the foam & soaking in. You wouldn't want that on your garments.
Thanks for your feedback and for watching our video!
I would charge $60 straight up...probably even $70...
It was a fun project!
