- 香喷喷的饭配上松软的芋头，腊肠，五花肉，香菇，鱿鱼丝，
油葱酥和葱花，下锅翻炒几下，煮出来特香，
口感十足，越吃越香
材料 A（腌制）：Ingredients A (Marinate) :
200~300克 猪肉 - 200~300g Pork
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
½茶匙 酱油 - ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
少许的 胡椒粉 - Dash of White Pepper
2汤匙 猪油 - 2 tbsp Lard / Oil
1茶匙 木薯粉 - 1 tsp Tapioca Flour
材料 B（炸）：Ingredients B (Deep Fry) :
适量的 食用油 - Proper Amount of Cooking Oil
600克 芋头 - 600g Taro
1茶匙 盐 - 1 tsp Salt
少许的 胡椒粉 - Dash of White Pepper
材料 C（爆香 1）：Ingredients C (Saute 1) :
适量的 食用油 - Proper Amount of Cooking Oil
10粒 红葱头 - 10 pcs Shallots
材料 D（爆香 2）：Ingredients C (Saute 2) :
2汤匙 猪油 - 2 tbsp Lard / Oil
适量的 虾米 - Proper Amount of Dried Shrimp
20克 香菇 - 20g Mushrooms
1汤匙 蒜米 - 1 tbsp Garlic
2条 腊肠 - 2 Chinese Sausages
10克 鱿鱼丝 - 10g Shredded Squid
材料 E（翻炒 1）：Ingredients E (Stir Fry 1)
材料 A、B、D - Ingredient A, B, D
2汤匙 猪油 - 2 tbsp Lard / Oil
1汤匙 蒜米 - 1 tbsp Garlic
少许的 胡椒粉 - Dash of White Pepper
1½汤匙 蚝油 - 1½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
少许的 黑酱油 - Dash of Black Soy Sauce
1茶匙 酱油 - 1 tsp Soy Sauce
1茶匙 盐 - 1 tsp Salt
材料 F（翻炒 2）：Ingredients F (Stir Fry 2) :
2汤匙 猪油 - 1 tbsp Lard / Oil
3~4杯 白米 - 3~4cups White Rice
½茶匙 盐 - ½ tsp Salt
1汤匙 酱油 - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
少许的 黑酱油 - Dash of Black Soy Sauce
少许的 糖 - Dash of Sugar
1汤匙 葱头 - 1 tbsp Fried Shallots
材料 G：Ingredients G:
适量的 猪油渣 - Proper Amount of Fried Pork Lard

Mdm Liew, i cook this for dinner today, except that i didn't use lard oil. I don't like the smell of lard. I change it to onion oil . Thank you for the tasty Yam Rice it was indeed very delicious . And easy to follow . Thank you Mdm Liew👍👍
