This is EXACTLY what I needed. I added 8 lb weights and I used 3 lb for one move. I wanted to feel burning in my obliques and this helped. Thank you

What is the recommended number of times that one can work those Abs? Also can this work out be one that compliments the climax of the routine works?

I only need to lose like 5-10 pounds in my belly but that's so hard.
Your calorie intake has a lot to do with your weight. A change in lifestyle and exercise will be most effective. Changes come slowly, be patient!
