But why devalue yourself? You're much better than seeing concrete all around you every day and spending $10,000+ a month for something you don't even own. You can buy and have all of this and even more if you live outside the city and renovate it yourself and you wont be in debt and save lots of money. I laugh at people who wants this over large amounts of land for even less. You're devaluing yourself if you choose this. But hey.. if thats what you want, I hope you get it. Don't let what I say stop you

1. depth...not width...walking through closet to master bath not nice...2 and 4. bedroom off of living and walk through closet to master bath again not well done...3. BY FAR THE BEST PLAN WITH GREAT SEP KIDS FROM MASTER AND LR....BRAVO!

Does anyone know how many parking spaces the building has, I can’t find any information on it.
It’s a TOD so it is not required to have a 1=1 ratio of spots to units.
All these apartments are alike. Glass, no room separation, cheap looking.
