      We are not all guys! “Ya”? We all use it, but you are making a presentation in hopes of securing a $5,000,000 sale. A touch of class is expected, yes? “Really unique” is not to be used. “Unique” is an absolute term, meaning it either is or it isn’t; therefore, it cannot take modifiers. Beyond that, the house is lovely, and a commission on such a property guarantees your salaries rise with inflation. A home of this caliber would have to attract people of that caliber with higher expectations. Always remember who your audience will be.😉🤭

    I like all your videos. Started watching back in 2020. But I noticed the video quality is lower. Why?

      How lower ? I see its 2k with 60fps. Thats good. But I can see camerman have big problems with adjusting exposure or getting good light and shadows with yellow light. Videos are good. Just let know your camerman to setup his camera better. Go guys

    I love the fact that the house feels warm even though it is very large. And the decor, though often very neutral, is never boring. This house is more like a nice hotel than a nice house (a compliment). This is certainly one of the better mansions I've seen on UA-cam.

    The house is beautiful however Chicago doesn't have many properties with Pools, I don't play basketball. Looks like I'm looking in the wrong City.

    Love the way the property allows a lot of natural light in. My friend loves the walk-in closet (She has more shoes than I have clothes🤣🤣). I dig the lower-level area. Put in the right ventilation system and it`s a great cigar lounge type man cave. You get quite a lot of space outside (Love the outdoor cooking area). Great job you two (Might have to take you two on in basketball😊😋)..

    $5 million....really?....there is just something about the vibe of this house that doesn't feel like 5 million dollars....Maybe it looks like a 5 million dollar house IN PERSON but it's just not translating on camera to me...I can get a much nicer house than this in Los Angeles or Miami for 5 Million.

      @@youngstacker0493 actually I was born in Chi and the way Litefoot is running things I repeat my statement there’s no safe neighborhood in Chicago. Even downtown, which use to be safe, people are getting robbed and shot. Rogers Park use to be a safe peaceful Northside neighborhood and they had the Duck Walk Killer a few years back. You’ve clearly been living under a rock these past few years.

      Around 4.5 to 5 miles north of what some consider the north part of downtown. 6 miles to the center of The Loop.

    I love everything about this home. The finishes, colors 👌 What I dont like is there's Absolutely no views.... And the Main reason I wouldn't buy it.... is, its Chicago! Too much crime....

    Too bad it's in Chicago.... 5 mill on a house and 200K a year on personal security to ensure you are not followed home and robbed. So sad....

      don't listen to shannon. it's awful. i live by michigan ave and the entire area is tanking. don't forget $100k/yr on property tax
