Amazing Video thanks for all this info. I respect a Dr. that actually has a life style like this; I find them to be more informative, honest, and actually give real suggestions on how to optimize your health, with this life style. Most Dr. are not athletic and there advice is always bare minimum concerning your health.

Doc, I'm a functional medicine practitioner and I understand you want your cholesterol low due to plaque reduction. However, are you not sacrificing brain health in the process? You need cholesterol for hormone production, repair, and brain health so just curious about your thoughts on this. Also, berberine and black seed oil will take your A1c down in the high 4s within weeks. I've used it with countless men and women over the years, especially since you are taking the Metformin ER. I don't usually recommend statins unless someone has an elevated Lp(a) or a very high CAC, and then I throw in Niacin considering someone isn't prone to shingles. If statins are used, I just make sure CoQ10 is taken daily. I watch your videos all the time. Great info! I am on TRT as well and doing good - will be 60 this December. I'm on no meds except for the TRT and a 5mg daily Methimazole because I had high thyroid last year. BP averages 110/70 with no meds, thank God. Keep up the good work!

I just wanted to say keep an eye on that baby aspirin especially if it’s everyday. It causes my grandpa to have stomach can ulcers. Fish oil and vitamin e combined can help thin blood . Thanks for working so hard to provide men with the most up to date data on protocols for life on TRT🙏🏻 you are very much appreciated

The problem us regular people have is our doctors wont prescribe those meds. My doctor wont even order a cacium score CT for me. I asked for Telmisartan and they gave me Losartan. I asked for Nebivolol and they are offering me Metoprolol. They certainly wont even discuss Repatha since they wont give me a cardiac ct or mri. Doc...its fucking nuts out here in the real world men. Doctors simply dont want to help.

Hey doc the discount blood test. Can that be done in Hawaii? We have clinical labs and diagnostics labs here. But usually we need a doctors prescription/ orders to get anything done here in Hawaii. Getting the discount labs covers the prescription/order?

Can you make a video on atrial tachycardia, I had covid in January and developed this somehow im sure an underlying condition I'm on a small dose of metoprolol tartrate and it's help keep my heart rate great, I do cardio (basketball 3 times a week) also working out, but my ferritin is 390 could that be causing my chest pain, and shoulder pain back pain ? Really appreciate a response so I can tell my cardiologist,

Again.... doctors aren't out here prescribing Repatha to us unless you are damn near dead. No such thing as proactively preventing it. Im in Massachusetts, I need a doctor that will help me stay healthy not wait until im about dead. Where can I go?

So the general health labs cover every single thing you covered on the video? What about Test and estrogen? I dont see it listed on the general health, do I have to add the male hormone order too?? That's like $270 can I use my insurance with this?

DOC, I trialed Repatha for 10 mos. - no change in diet or activity - cut my LDL by 70% (in the 40s) but at the cost of a1c steadily increasing to a prediabetic level (5.7) - the highest ever. This is a known side effect of PCSK9 inhibitors. I wonder if this caused you a1c to shoot up. I am also taking Metformin 1g/day. Thoughts?

What does it mean if my RBC, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit are all at the very top and sometimes slightly over the reference range (before, during, and after stopping TRT?) I looked back and its been like this for 10 years though no doctors mentioned it to me on any of my previous blood work. What could be the underlying issue? I can't go on TRT at the moment until I figure out my thick blood issue as the TRT makes it even worse. No reason for it to be naturally high since I am very healthy and I've been tested for sleep apnea but maybe I still have it?

Some good first steps to discuss with your doctor:
      1) A treadmill stress test with the nurse monitoring EKG while you find your maximum heart rate,
      2) Calcium CT score,
      3) Doctor glues a Zio XT to your chest for 14 days to analyze frequency and type of all arrhythmias 24/7.

Insurance is such a scam. Most only allow blood test once a year. I received a prescription and went to CVS. I told them I didn't have insurance and had to pay $38. I do have BC/BS, and used it for my refill. I had my copay and saved almost $20, but when I received the insurance statement, it showed CVS charged them almost $600. Complete thievery.

I get tested through my doctor every 6 months and have to pay almost double with my insurance (this is after they pay a percentage- the labs charge an arm and a leg when you have insurance) for the same tests I do every month paying out of pocket. It makes zero sense. Insurance is a huge scam!!!
