As the Anabolic Doc, since 2003, I’ve provided men who are using or have used anabolic steroids a confidential, ethical and professional medical venue to discuss their use. I do NOT in any way support the use of any performance enhancing drugs - PEDs, anabolic steroid or other medicine for muscle building or body transformation. The “off-label” use of PEDs, as such agents is considered illicit and may lead to adverse health outcomes. Please consult an expert health professional regarding any medical agent and do NOT use any medicine without the explicit advice and supervision of an appropriate medical expert.
This video is for education and information only. This is not medical advice. Only take medications as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take illegal substances. Taking steroids can lead to serious health consequences.

Amazing Video thanks for all this info. I respect a Dr. that actually has a life style like this; I find them to be more informative, honest, and actually give real suggestions on how to optimize your health, with this life style. Most Dr. are not athletic and there advice is always bare minimum concerning your health.
Doc, I'm a functional medicine practitioner and I understand you want your cholesterol low due to plaque reduction. However, are you not sacrificing brain health in the process? You need cholesterol for hormone production, repair, and brain health so just curious about your thoughts on this. Also, berberine and black seed oil will take your A1c down in the high 4s within weeks. I've used it with countless men and women over the years, especially since you are taking the Metformin ER. I don't usually recommend statins unless someone has an elevated Lp(a) or a very high CAC, and then I throw in Niacin considering someone isn't prone to shingles. If statins are used, I just make sure CoQ10 is taken daily. I watch your videos all the time. Great info! I am on TRT as well and doing good - will be 60 this December. I'm on no meds except for the TRT and a 5mg daily Methimazole because I had high thyroid last year. BP averages 110/70 with no meds, thank God. Keep up the good work!
Sir
Thank you for what you’re doing. And the education you provide. I would be lost without it.
Thanks for your time making the video!
So much in this is relatable. Thanks for doing this Doc.
Thanks many times Doc🙏🏽 Absolutely love this video, the A B C D ‘S, and sharing your labs explanations!!
just gotta say i have been really tuning into the videos. love your passion and the fact that you care you can tell. for guys like me this information means the world. thanks doc
Thank you for your support 🙏
I just wanted to say keep an eye on that baby aspirin especially if it’s everyday. It causes my grandpa to have stomach can ulcers. Fish oil and vitamin e combined can help thin blood . Thanks for working so hard to provide men with the most up to date data on protocols for life on TRT🙏🏻 you are very much appreciated
I've been following for years. Love your content, Doc!

Thank you very much 🦾👍👊
Great content !
The problem us regular people have is our doctors wont prescribe those meds. My doctor wont even order a cacium score CT for me. I asked for Telmisartan and they gave me Losartan. I asked for Nebivolol and they are offering me Metoprolol. They certainly wont even discuss Repatha since they wont give me a cardiac ct or mri. Doc...its fucking nuts out here in the real world men. Doctors simply dont want to help.
Hey doc the discount blood test. Can that be done in Hawaii? We have clinical labs and diagnostics labs here. But usually we need a doctors prescription/ orders to get anything done here in Hawaii. Getting the discount labs covers the prescription/order?
Can you make a video on atrial tachycardia, I had covid in January and developed this somehow im sure an underlying condition I'm on a small dose of metoprolol tartrate and it's help keep my heart rate great, I do cardio (basketball 3 times a week) also working out, but my ferritin is 390 could that be causing my chest pain, and shoulder pain back pain ? Really appreciate a response so I can tell my cardiologist,
im now an amateur cyclist (used to race pro a decade) want to talk about getting on TRT & some other enhancers to maximize performance and design a program that is sustainable
Should I run var for 4 weeks or 6 weeks on my test only cycle? I want to add it in near the end
Again.... doctors aren't out here prescribing Repatha to us unless you are damn near dead. No such thing as proactively preventing it. Im in Massachusetts, I need a doctor that will help me stay healthy not wait until im about dead. Where can I go?
Correct me if I’m wrong is he going to do the 750 mg metformin in the morning and at night or just in the morning instead of at night?
I read another study that said you shouldnt do the glucose fasting doesn't tell you what really is going on apparently.
So the general health labs cover every single thing you covered on the video? What about Test and estrogen? I dont see it listed on the general health, do I have to add the male hormone order too?? That's like $270 can I use my insurance with this?
Hi Doc, is Ezetimibe comparable to statins for cholesterol?
DOC, I trialed Repatha for 10 mos. - no change in diet or activity - cut my LDL by 70% (in the 40s) but at the cost of a1c steadily increasing to a prediabetic level (5.7) - the highest ever. This is a known side effect of PCSK9 inhibitors. I wonder if this caused you a1c to shoot up. I am also taking Metformin 1g/day. Thoughts?
What does it mean if my RBC, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit are all at the very top and sometimes slightly over the reference range (before, during, and after stopping TRT?) I looked back and its been like this for 10 years though no doctors mentioned it to me on any of my previous blood work. What could be the underlying issue? I can't go on TRT at the moment until I figure out my thick blood issue as the TRT makes it even worse. No reason for it to be naturally high since I am very healthy and I've been tested for sleep apnea but maybe I still have it?
Low water intake, if you're dehydrated it kind goes a false-positive
ive been to the ER also 3 times with chest pains,. irregular heart rithm ..5.4 potassium, egfr: 64, creatinine 1.39...also high calcium levels in the blood... doc please help...i am 37yo
Some good first steps to discuss with your doctor:
1) A treadmill stress test with the nurse monitoring EKG while you find your maximum heart rate,
2) Calcium CT score,
3) Doctor glues a Zio XT to your chest for 14 days to analyze frequency and type of all arrhythmias 24/7.
I stopped taking 5mg Rosuvastatin and litterally feel like I have new legs..........so many aches and pains disappeared
what's your dose of rapa?
Why would you be charged more if your insurance covers it ? Most insurances cover these test with a simple co-pay of maybe $20 , I get all these test for free.
Most insurance need a reason to test anything over basic metabolic panel once a year
@@1DEADBEEF1My insurance "negotiated rate" is almost the same as what Marek Health charges. It's all a lie
Where do you get them?
Insurance is such a scam. Most only allow blood test once a year. I received a prescription and went to CVS. I told them I didn't have insurance and had to pay $38. I do have BC/BS, and used it for my refill. I had my copay and saved almost $20, but when I received the insurance statement, it showed CVS charged them almost $600. Complete thievery.
I get tested through my doctor every 6 months and have to pay almost double with my insurance (this is after they pay a percentage- the labs charge an arm and a leg when you have insurance) for the same tests I do every month paying out of pocket. It makes zero sense. Insurance is a huge scam!!!
Hey doc! How do you consider an eGFR of 76 normal? Thats already stage 2 CKD.
I can’t speak to him but creatinine egfr are not accurate for muscular people. My has been as low as 63 but my Cystatin C egfr is in the 90’s. When I loose weight it jumps up to the 70’s.
Hey Doc did you increase your TRT, because your face got a lot fuller.
But your blood lipid is only that low from taking medication right?
My albumin is 460.
Will high estrogen make you feel shity and fatigue?
Person dependent, you need to check on your own but try to stick around reference range
I pay $135 every 3 months at the Test center then the Dr goes over everything with me. That’s their normal price
What lab Larry?😊
Watch out for that rapimicin
What does your fingerprints have to do with anything?
❤
If you’re recommending the use or continuing use of stains you’ve lost me.
You've lost most doctors then.
BT_life2 I agree. Same here.
Berberine is better than metformin
Make benching great again wtf 🤬 are you MAGA?
This Doc skin color starting to become red, which means his test injection is increasing his blood red cells. he needs to give blood away.
Didn’t see magnesium? Looks awesome Doc!! 🦾
My estradiol has crept up >60 due to a multitude of factors including surgery/opioids with symptoms presenting. Test is identical to yours 👊
My doc says I’m due for an oil change (donate blood).
