Rogan looks like he's 6 months pregnant. Just based on common sense, doing that to your internal organs cannot be healthy. It sucks that he's stuck with that forever.
(It's possible that Rogan has some medical condition, in which case I'm being a huge jackass, but we have photos of him when he was younger and his gut looked normal back then so I think it's almost certainly just HGH gut.)

Thank you so much for these videos. I am 47 and live in the UK, and for many of us in the UK their very little support. Many have to self manage and experiment ourselves buying TRT on the black market. I've had ups and downs with TRT, but the one big difference has been micro dosing. Your videos and the community of comments makes a big difference trying to work out what works best for yourself. Big thank you and let's all stay strong 💪

I’m 31, so I’m not really overly worried about this kind of stuff… yet.
But I understand that the decline has already begun. And I’m pretty sure I’ll want to take TRT when my low testosterone becomes a problem in my 50s (maybe even my 40s). I’m not really interested in longevity and trying to make it to 100. My great grandmother did that and the last decade of her life just seemed miserable. But if I can still have decent mobility, light exercise, have less depressive thoughts with more endorphins in my brain and engage in sex (if I’m lucky enough to have a partner lol) in my last few years of life then that will be a major success in my book. 5 or 10 years off my life seems worth it.

That makes sense but see how you go. You don’t have to be average. If you are not rushing into it you may be surprised. I’m 55 and as interesting as trt is it is hard to justify when I don’t have any symptoms of low t.
I try to have a healthy (carnivore) diet as much as possible and I exercise regularly and have to meet fitness standards every couple of months in my job. I believe that good nutrition and regular exercise helps.

Provigil / Nuvigil have very similar benefits and side effects as Adderall and amphetamines; ie increased heart rate, wakefulness, agitation, etc. Provigil / Nuvigil won't show up on recreational drug tests but are banned from competitive sports.

One thing I know for a fact that has happened with Rogan's body is his organs are enlarged. How do I know this?? Look at the size of his hands. Look at the size of his head. Look at his stomach/abs. Its enlarged similar to bubble guts. Obviously this is from his longterm hgh use. Steroids will do the same as well but not nearly as much. I'd be shocked if joe doesn't have an enlarged heart/ left ventricular enlargement. Enlarged liver.

Natural testosterone is the way to go. Why doesn't the "Anabolic Doc" tell his audience how to tap into it. I am and have always been natural with no steroids nor TRT. I have commented on this channel about being jacked, 60 and natural and I was, subsequently, asked to post photo's of myself in reply's which I had received from my posts on this channel. I am a natural bodybuilder, I am 60 years old and I have a couple of photos posted to the public on Facebook. I workout for 50 minutes - three times a week. However, I have not worked out in two months and have lost no gains. I will post current photos soon.

That only means you are a statistical outlier. Which does exist. But you have to understand guys like you are the exception not the rule. I'm in my 30s and I have no cartilage left in my knees. Gh has helped me immensely. That makes me an outlier just like you just on the other end of the spectrum. You can't weigh all people based on your own anecdotal experience. My experience is, if u don't do it every day u have to worry about up and down and why not stay normal and if u don't care, just don't even start if ur to damn lazy to give urself a 2 second shot and I can tell you I'm tired as hell if I don't give myself a shot everyday. I don't have the money to see a Dr and I've only been 2 times and know I have to take all my life so I do it every day but I wish I could get my meds from a Dr but some just have to trust the maker for our own experience because who's got fucking 300 dollars just to see a Dr and plus buy the meds. We need a poor man who knows about where we can get by with out a Dr and I've found none who's for the poor man. Only the damn rich u know but I just take test and Deca and it's in the safe dose as they say

If you look at Joe Rogan now, compared to 5 to even 8 years ago, you see advanced aging. He constantly appears fatigued and tired and sleep deprived. I cringe when older people, esp in their 50's, take TRT and dont get proper rest. Joe is compounding this issue by adding HRT which is honestly not necessary. Take a look at Dana. Dana has blown up since adding TRT. Then you see Dana on FB and Instagram eating these crazy greasy meals from these eateries. Dana hasn't aged well either and you already know he's fatigued with all that's on his plate. Question is which one is going to have an event first? Synthetic Testosterone plus sleep loss means high blood pressure. I would hope they're both on a potent BP med to offset their wrong doings.

They appear fatiqued dude. Tired. Look at Joes face especially. I'm not talking about their physique. Their physical physique isn't going to change things or lessen potential cardiovascular events or strokes. I'm basically saying i think both of them go too hard and dont sleep enough to maintain all the hours of work they put in. Both aren't eating right and both are on TRT. Recipe for disaster.

I'll pass. Imagine needing doctors and the medical establishment in your life for the rest of your life. That's not health. That's not freedom. That sounds like doing time in a personal prison. I don't go to the doctor. I own my health, and I'm responsible for it. I feel great in my 40s, and I don't need science to help me feel better. These guys barely know what they're doing, and as soon as a new study comes out, they change their tune about this, that, and the other. Definitely don't trust the medical establishment.

I think your analysis with testosterones where you just talk about milligrams per milliliter and the number of times to take it for a week it’s basically wrong. What you should be stressing is maintaining a testosterone level at the upper end of normal ….Which is what I do. I keep my testosterone level at about 800 …. which according to my doctors is the upper end of normal. Also test. sustenon, (this is from my research on it, is a combination of four esters with varying half lives from three days to two weeks proximately,) …. the net effect is a smooth even release of testosterone such that you don’t need to microdose on sustenon…. what is your basis for disagreed with this? I did the math with the esters half life and it seems to be a pretty smooth release…. my opinion from having taking sustenon … there’s no need for microdose thing on sus. that’s the whole point of the four Esther blend…. to avoid having to do that and to create a smooth even release of testosterone …..

ken, i think you are 1000% right .... Provigil & Nuvigil (Modafinil & Armodafinil) - are NOT amphetamines!! in fact they are the only NON-amphetamine based medication that is used for daytime sleepiness, shift work sleep disorder, narcolepsy, etc...
Plus, there's potentially some ancillary Nootropic effects that can be nice, and beneficial as well. When ive taken it, i do indeed feel clearer and sharper, without the jitters, and without the increased anxiety (that i'm especially prone to). But, it is much subtler than the amphetamines. ... :o) IMHO.

This has got to be one of the best videos, if not the best, explaining long-term effects, sides and key points to monitor! I'm not getting younger myself, thought I had worked out everything perfectly and yet there was info in this video that made me think "Interesting, I'll have to look into this and have a discussion with my doc about it". As always The Anabolic Doc delivered valuable eye-opening data and conclusions!

I got a calcium score at your advice. My score was HUGE. The highest they have ever seen at my age. Most likely undiagnosed Kawasaki's. I am calcified and ectactic, but no blockages and normal LDL. Lipitor almost killed me because I don't have high LDL. Better than being calcified and vasoconstricted, but not ideal. Thank you, Doctor. You probably saved my life by getting on top of things early. I had to pay cash, but it was so worth it.

How bout you not take the doc so serious. Did he say anything of the like that he knows exactly what joe is taking no. He admitted he isn’t sure but does reference joe stating publicly that he does small doses every few days. The doc is just using an anecdote from someone a lot of people could relate to in order to provide more context and educate and entertain. And what if he is doing it just for click bait? That’s the whole motive of youtube.

I'm 48 and live in Australia. Went to my doc concerned about low T. Ran tests and my blood work came back with low DHEA and mid range T. All I got from him was DHEA 75mgs per day. Doc says he can't legally prescribe T without a physiological need (as evidenced via blood work), even though my physical and mental symptoms are consistent with low T. Any advice anyone?

@@craigcook7767 Im not saying to do this but you could crash your testosterone lvls with sarms like LGD and RAD, then do test panel of your hormones.
You could even do the same with so called underground testosterone. Taking it (test. enanthate) for a lets say 2-3 months to suppress your HPT axis then go off for 3-4 weeks and then test your lvls. (Should be low enough to qualify for TRT.
Btw there's many somewhat reputable sources of sarms and roids on the net.
