- Nevada has some of the most public use/BLM land with a plethora of off road trails, these are 3 of my favorites that are the epitome of 4wheeling in Northern Nevada. Tons of history and epic views all within a few hours of Reno!
Thanks, fun vid.
People don't realize that Nevada is the most mountainous state in the country. They just think its all like Las Vegas lol.
I’ve lived in a few different states and Nevada has been my favorite by far. So much diversity in terrain
Let's keep it a secret. 🙃
No doubt, they keep movin here!!!!!!!
Yall gotta come to Genoa Peak Trail 92,000 Feet...Looks down on Lake Tahoe. And NF100....So crazy Beautiful!!!
do yo mean 9,200 feet? bahahaha cheers
Just moved to the area a year ago. Great area and great video of the trails. Now I just need to find another person to go out there with.
Where? I'm looking to move out there somewhere. I ride motorcycles on and off-road.
I’ve had that High Rock Canyon on my list for a while. I just need to get down there and do it! Cheers my friend. Happy adventuring out there.
It’s a must do fo sure, been a long time follower of your channel and your Jeep could handle it no problem
@@battlebornmotorsports8491 With the cost of gas today, I have to put these kinds of adventures on hold for awhile...
Very cool video. I have lived up in Elko for the past 12 years and absolutely fallen in love with this state. Team Toyota! Liked and subbed! 😀👍
Team battle mountain gang 🥶 I want to visit elko
I love the intro, music & quote. Music reminds me of my favorite movie………..”Hang ‘Em High”!
Before the Truckee River was diverted to Fallon and Fernley, there was enough water that not only Pyramid Lake dozens of feet deeper, water overflowed and Winnemucca Lake was actually a lake!
How cool, thanks for the info Leo!
Pretty rad soundtrack and cool spots. Keep up the adventures!
What is the music, especially the last one with the steel guitar?
Impressed that a Dodge is making it on some of these trails. FCA and now Stellantis does not always uphold reliability like Toyota tries to.
very beautiful scenery, trails and filming. Hope there comes more of it.
Europe has much less to offer, but also beautiful areas.
That's why I'm already looking forward to my next tours, which lead to the Pyrenees and the semi-desert of Navarre (Bardenas Reales).
3:28 did someone shoot a bowling ball through the rear door of that bus?
Nice, I really need to get out more and explore here in Northern Nevada. None of those locations are very far from where I live.
No better time than the present! We are spoiled here in Northern Nevada. Lots of cool areas to explore.
love those places. Haven't done High Rock canyon yet. Really wanted to get out there this year.
High Rock is always a good time, lots of water out there this year when we went.
Ya gotta hit the lake Havasu area, Az.
Great vids, keep it going 👍
I’d love to make a trip to AZ. I went to Havasu when I was a young buck but I think I need to make a trip back now that I’m older
Need to try as soon as my blazer is done
I wonder what that concrete structure was?
cant wait to make it out that way
How far from Vegas is this ?
carry 2 spare tires, water, hilift jack...
A little cabin on the video cover looks like that episode of The Twilight Zone where that guy is imprisoned on another planet and stays in that little Shack alone until they bring you a female robot companion
Hey bud! Would you recommend MGL/school bus canyon or elephant head rock for dirt bikes in mid October? I'm trying to set up a weekend trip for my buddy and me (he's from east Oregon, I'm from central California) we both ride 400cc bikes.
Either one will be good that time of year. MGL definitely has more historical stuff to see and more fun terrain to ride in the vicinity. Elephant Head is a higher elevation so it’ll be cooler at night. But it’s a great area, the main trail we took to get there is pretty fun. The only downside is most of the surrounding trails are long, flat and straight 2 track that gets “boring”. I’ve got videos on both trails. Best staging for elephants head would be in Gerlach and for MGL there’s a Tufa formation just outside of the Paiute Reservation (traveling south to north) that is where I staged. There’s some sand you gotta cross to get to the main road on the east side of the dry lake bed but it’s not terrible from what I remember.
@@battlebornmotorsports8491 cool man! Thanks for the info. Do you know if I'll need permission from the Res to ride through some of those areas?
@@suburbanoverland3033 you won’t be riding In the res
@@battlebornmotorsports8491 school bus or elephant head, memorial weekend, which one to avoid the most?
Watch madness combat for a Nevadan experience
The Music is a bit much
Hey man! I'm in the Reno area and am always riding near toll rd and all there if you are wanting someone to ride with id love to tag along!
Definitely looking for more people to ride with, hit me up on Instagram @truckerbizz and we can get together to ride. I’ve been wanting to ride down in that area and make my way to VC
Directions to trailhead?
Which one?
Why did you drive up the wash and off the road at 2:18?
Glad I found your channel. That first trail looks like something I would want to tackle but my xj isn't lifted unfortunately. I'll settle for that 3rd trail for now. 👍
Best part? The beautiful mustangs running free.
Bruh this is all near Gerlach. Change the title to Ultimate Northwest NV experience
Grew up northern Nevada and it’s amazing now go back to California and do all your cool exploring there cuz your messing up my yard children
You do realize I live in Nevada…
@@battlebornmotorsports8491 Shaw the California plate’s I’ve been trapping high rock since 1979 and it just keeps getting worse people messing with trap lines “exploring “ I’m not saying it’s you all but it’s outsiders for sure all I have to go on is what saw
If I went to were you make your living and cut all the power and messed with your way of life I think you’d be irritated
That being said amazing country glad you in joyed it hopefully you took plenty of pictures
Why are you giving away all my spots tiny head
Just means we need to find more
@@battlebornmotorsports8491 I have way more but somebody is always busy.
Hopefully when I can start going on trips again I’ll have a legit ADV bike.
