    I can actually feel how weak my left side is after doing all stretches and strengthening movements. This is a must to for me.

    Doing the first exercise and legs are cramping especially when raising my leg by holding the back of my knee to pull toward my chest. Both legs cramp when doing it. Cramp inside my upper thigh on right side (where pain is), and cramping behind the knee on the left leg. 🤷‍♀️

    I felt good in my hip, but unfortunately twisted my knee too much and it took a couple days to untwist it back. Be careful, people!
