Doing the first exercise and legs are cramping especially when raising my leg by holding the back of my knee to pull toward my chest. Both legs cramp when doing it. Cramp inside my upper thigh on right side (where pain is), and cramping behind the knee on the left leg. 🤷♀️
How often...how many reps/time????

Wow, my left hip is so tight, I can't even do the first stretch! How much should I force it to stretch?
I felt good in my hip, but unfortunately twisted my knee too much and it took a couple days to untwist it back. Be careful, people!
