Next time, remember to disassemble various forts you don't need and, when defeating countries, select the option to imprison them and then select imprison character filter and use the "sell to slavery" option in the character interactions. You'll have a ton more money with these two tricks!
Thanks man! I tried a deleting a few forts but mainly off camera. The sell into slavery trick is a great shout I’ve never thought about that before. Thanks man and thanks for the comment! :)
I really enjoy Imperator, but, outside of a Rome playthrough, I always get dogwalked by the other powers. Good vid, I gotta try out some new strats, now.
😂😂😂 well I hope you enjoy it mate! I really like the early game but hopefully some more tweaks to the late game will come as well to slow down the blobbing :)
@@Red_Zed back old days still remember play on release althought its Pirate. Damm mana points really make people curse this game to oblivion. I kinda minority cause have heart for this game than others. But still in glad modders and Laith make this game loveable again
So you bought it recently? How difficult is it to learn? I'm really interested in this time period. So I want to learn. I want to play as the Romans offcourse. So let me know please how difficult it is.
May I ask how you keep the senate happy? Each time I try to play a small republic like this, the approval always drops below 50 after the first few elections, and I can't do anything without getting massive tyranny. Are you just passing out holdings?
Interestingly enough I really didn’t do much, I just bribed characters that got disloyal really. I also tried to play around a bit with which people I wanted in power aiming for the better ones or more popular ones so maybe try play around with that a bit :)
Ye it’s a little hard to learn initially but if you have played CK3 or EU4 it’s ok, if not it’s probably in the middle with CK3 easier to learn and EU4 harder :)
I played for 3 hours when I first got it and didn't understand, then I randomly understood when it came to me in a dream. Maybe try to achieve epiphanies?
Great to see more imperator creators
Thanks man I hope you enjoyed the video :)
I have no idea what I'm looking at but it looks cool
Thanks man!
Gaul

This something I need try did not know can do that that's very cool.

Thanks man! Ye it can get quite snowbally against the AI so expanding early is always a good start :)
Funny video and good start to Massalia!
Thanks man :)
Ok i swear that is very weird coincidence. I just bought Imperator Rome this week and already install Invictus Mod.
Like wat dae hell Zed 😂

Ye it’s good, needs some updating but the foundations are there which is the main thing! :)

It’s relatively difficult but if you can get over the learning phase then it’s worth it!

Rome changed religions, i think they lost that war
Damn Rome getting bullied this campaign lol
Hi ! Nice video ! What mods are you using? Is the mission tree for Massilia in the vanilla game?
Thanks bro! Imperator Invictus, there will be some mission trees but different to the imperator Invictus ones :)
@@Red_Zed Thanks the missions looks nice! are there compatible with the Iron Man mode and achievements?
Love the video
Btw have a nice day bro👍
Thanks man! You too :)
It was hard and gritty, but definitely possible to beat back the Romans.
Ye true but I didn’t think it was worth it at the time with the position we were in :)

Id say this would help the Roman AI not to want to attack you.
Since no border land that they cant easily get into
Yes I think you’re right! I initially thought they might want to expand etrurias claims but I guess not really in IR. Thanks for the comment man!
@@Red_Zed they would, but they prioritize their own, and them being rome.
They have LOTS of claims.
And thank you
I hope you make a part two !
Thanks for the comment man! Don’t worry I’ll be recording it soon! :)
part 2 baby
Let’s go!
W video bro
Thanks bro! :)
“Gods…I hate Gauls”
My grandfather hated them too, even before they plucked out his eyes!
I haven't played this game, but it's great. Looks like it might have a steep learning curve tho...😬
Ye it’s a little hard to learn initially but if you have played CK3 or EU4 it’s ok, if not it’s probably in the middle with CK3 easier to learn and EU4 harder :)
@@Red_Zed I tried CK2 once. I tend to lose the battles/wars, so I usually rage quit after 2 hrs. 😓
Ye fair, CK2 is amazing but a lot more complicated to learn than CK3, CK3 isn’t as good imo but really streamlined so easier to get going!

It is most certainly not lol
