    I am a mother of a 19 yo kid.. I am actually thankful to you Mr. sulek.
    He has been watching you for the last two years (I believe 2 years maybe I forgot) anyways, he is more decplined than anyone in the house, gym on time and he is more energetic cause of your advices and fun videos to watch you.
    I bought him this month your big mouth jug as a reward and he is more happy than anytime since he was sad of not finding a solution to not being able to walk for long distances after a hip surgery in 2015 but now even doctors are shocked how much he did improve and now I am proud of him and of you since you are a big influencer to the youth.
    I am sooo thankful and I wish to you the best of luck in your life and more enjoyment with your lifts!

      He's changed the game for me. I was stuck at 130 pounds for 3 years. His simple carb up and lift heavy followed by light squeezing rule has got me up to 167. I thought protein made you stronger but once I started to eat oatmeal like a maniac I started to get stronger so quick. I can do the entire stack for tricep press my arms look disgusting with a pump. Veins pop out of the inside of my triceps and biceps. Sam deserves all the love

      @@hellboysaukerl yeah I love the dip machine too, I usually do 150 for 12. I took some acid and went though, holy shit I swear to god I was superhuman was doing 200 for 15. Usually curl the 80 pound ez curl for 8-12. I was ripping the 100 for 12. The boys and I had a ball 🤣

    Hey Sam, love your content. I use to go to the gym religiously. After a decade of being way too sedentary following a couple back surgeries I ran across your videos and am happy to report I'm 4 months in, lifting 5 days a week( yesterday Inturned 64). You inspire me...and make me laugh!
    You mentioned the dry eggs, have you tried cottage cheese in the scramble? Makes a great meal and a nice bump in protein to boot. Add hot suace, etc to your liking. Look forward to your post every morning!

      Fairlife is good but when I find it the Lactaid protein milk, not much difference of calories and protein 14g 😂 but I swear it's the best tasting milk I've ever had. The fairlife chocolate milk now that's my favorite 😂

    I will bet a 10 dollars, that after this bulk Sam will get relatively more gains than ever before. Finally he is eating something else than candy and baby food. Shows even more discipline. Sugar is not just bad because of the insulin spikes. But according to many reports, it messes up your hormonal functions. This is really important specially for people who do not rely on external test and so on. But now I have even more respect towards Sam. Now he just need to get greens and berries dialed on he's diet, and he will be off the charts soon.

    13:22 usually i rest about 2-4 minutes between sets in upper body workouts because thats what i find most optimal for a working set because if i rest less than that ill get 3-4 reps short than my last set where im actually pushing myself to failure & getting a good squeeze in but my goodness does my lower body need nearly twice as much time.
    anyways to each their own especially if its working, love ya sam

    The comment towards the end about being excited to go to the gym, or the routine of eating, it really struck me. I started going to the gym in June for the first time in my life (I'm a 35 year old gal, who has always been small and weak) and I have been thriving in my new found routine, I love the diet and going to the gym, I love how it's making me feel, I'm loving seeing the progress in my arms and shoulders. I'm glad to see someone who is successful like Sam make a point about this, I thought maybe I was trying to convince myself I liked what I am doing, but I guess I really do!

      If you have to remove them from the heat then you're putting the heat too high but you are right about taking them off early,Most people see eggs has cooked only when you can see that they're fully cooked and hard but scrambled eggs can be cooked while still being moist and not entirely hard.

    2:50 Cook eggs at low heat and constantly stirr. Stop cooking when it’s a bit goo like (bzw. It looks slime like). Then the omelette is soft and not dry, plus you can taste the yellow of the egg much more

    Sampson Dausa’s reps tend to be lighter and heavier than these schemes. Lighter in the weight is lighter. Heavier in he slows down his reps. Making every rep intentional and intense. Rep schemes and how people perform even amongst the strongest men in the world have varied very widely. Alexander Bromly pointed that out pretty clearly.

    Im currently on my second bulk. This time around I am aiming to gain half a pound a week. I’m gaining the weight, but my belly seems to be the only thing that’s growing. I’m training hard in the gym and progressive overloading. Why is my stomach the only thing growing? Is it the foods I’m eating? I don’t eat junk.

      1. Make sure you’re hitting optimal protein EVERY DAY. To make it easy I usually say 1g per lb of body weight/day, maybe a little bit more.
      2. Depending on your goals your calorie intake could be too aggressive, you can only grow muscle so fast and you can gain fat quickly.
      3. Some people hold more fat in their abdominal region, it’s somewhat genetic. Don’t get discouraged.

    Pro tip: When dieting down a dry, boiled egg can be used to reduce hunger. A fried egg does the opposite. The hydrated oil produces Ghrelins which make you hungry. That dryness is a weapon in the bodybuilders toolbelt.

      Milk is for babies. As you age you usually lose the ability to make as much lactase enzyme in your stomach as you do when you’re younger.

    just a tip for the eggs, dry eggs comes from overheating too fast, the best eggs while it takes a little e yea time to cook but it’s about 2-3 mins longer, cook it low and slow and keep mixing it around pretty constantly add some cheese and butter. it’s done when it’s soft and runny but still scrambled i also recommend topping it with chopped chives
