Reminds me of when I was younger and I wanted to build a store with everything in it. It was literally called “store with everything in it” so after building a giant box with a few windows. And many shelves. I started going through every item in minecraft and placing it in the store. I was a few hours in. And near the section where it had all the TNT and red stone. And stupid 7 year old me. Didn’t understand the concept of all that stuff. And I just accidentally blew up 5 hours of work. I cried so much that day. :”> brings so many memories though.

Always put your torches on one side when going deeper in caves. So for example, if you put them on the right as you go deeper, when you need to get out, just follow the paths where torches are on the left and you'll find your way out of the maze.

I’m 19 now and I use to play this game when I was in middle school with friends I don’t talk to anymore and god this track brings back so many memories of starting a community and having fun and building and mining for hours. I would give almost anything to go back for at least a day and play with my friends on my Xbox 360. I miss it

Man...I feel you...I would do anything for one peaceful day of playing this with my friends with who I don´t talk anymore. Now I try to achieve my dreams and don´t think about gaming but whenever I hear Minecraft music, it really hurts. I didn´t realise that those days back then were the best and I will never feel that great feeling of finding a message on Skype if I´m gonna join them ever again...Sad.
My mom plays the piano sometimes but it's kinda rare, and I was always fascinated with how beautiful that sounded. It was not used very often, and I wanted to play but I have never taken any courses or anything like that. But one day I told myself:
"Yo, wouldn't that be cool if you learnt a few songs on this piano even though you never touched it before and don't know how to read charts? C'mon it's gonna be easy with these YT channels showing what keys to press"...and that's what I did.
This is the first one that I actually took involvement into and fully learnt . I wanted to know how to play it so bad, and I regret nothing, brings me nostalgia whenever I hit these keys. Plus, my mom loves it when I play so it's a win win situation I guess :)
Cant wait until I finally learn it, I don't have a piano of my own but I've learned at least 1/3rd of it one other people's pianos.

Minecraft's got one of the most underrated soundtracks in all of gaming. Most people just overlook it and have their own music playing when they play the game, or they have the music turned off in general, but that's really not doing the music justice.

@Andre Rafael Bayucan lol it is the same just with more features. People always look back on days as if they were better but its not like children arent being born now so this will be other peoples childhoods. The game is better now it has less glitches and more features.
This song makes me think of my past. The innocent Minecraft phase from 8-11 where I did not know it, but I was playing a game where I could escape reality to be in this blocky, lovable world where my consequences were gone.
But it makes me think of more. Back then I did not know of consequences and whatnot, nor did I have any real definition of life or its meaning. But this makes me think that although some may say: "You only live once, so try to make the most of it", life has no meaning. Obviously the shadowing thought of "we'll all die someday so what we do doesn't matter" was a bit depressing at first, but remembering this makes me think that what we do doesn't actually matter. There's no such thing as "having a life" or being "better than someone else", because it doesn't matter. Whatever we do, whoever we are, whether we are loved by everyone or no one we are all complete human beings. What we do in this world may not be up to us, but no matter what you do with your life you will always have "made the most out of it".

When i was about 7 years old i had a world full of dogs. I had about 10 of them, all with a specially built dog house, all different coloured collars, all named. Everything i built was dedicated to them. A walking track, a park, a big building where all their kennels were, etc. Thanks to all this nostalgia I remembered all my dogs and smiled :’)

I remember in 2010 when i was a young lad i was always very excited to see my uncle and play Minecraft on his laptop. I remember adventuring around on his huge world which had a long railway track that i used to go on and just look around. 3 years later my dad downloaded the demo for me. I played the crap out of it and i had so much fun. Thats where most of my memories came from and playing the demo world seed years later brings tears to my eyes. One year after that my uncle got me the full game for my birthday, and as you expected i played it alot. I made an amazing world with a big diamond house for myself and i got my friends to come over and build their own stuff. One day disaster stricked. The computer showed that famous blue screen of death. Every boot. My uncle took it away to fix it so for a very long time i had no minecraft. Then when i got it back, windows was reset. My worlds where gone. My first world, with the diamond house... all gone.
After that i was kind of on and off minecraft and now its been quite a while. Since then i have gotten more into building pcs and playing other games. But this music, just makes me want to do it all again.

Well simple is relative. I find the MC today to still have very simple mechanics that don't stray too far from the basics. I've never found MC dark (Like, how could I?) more difficult, and over complicated.
But I seriously do not see the edgy soundtrack you're talking about.
The current minecraft has more things that make it lose the essense, now the enchanting table and brewing stand are too different, the fighting system is more difficult and the soundtracks dont make the things better ... but im not saying minecraft Is a bad game, its one of the best, actually, but the old minecraft players that liked the game becouse of its simplicity, feel the new minecraft very different.

Rafael Gamers Saturdays were the best days of the week for me because there was no school, and my friends and I were at our houses. We played Minecraft online (almost) every Saturday, for hours at a time. We built lots of houses, and I built a hotel for us to live in once.
There seem to be a lot of people who got ghosted in these comments. That stinks. I guess it's happened to me too, but I have very close friends IRL who I don't even game with (different preferred platforms and whatnot) who I would trust with my life, so I don't mind when more distant friends stop talking to me.
So I guess my advice to anyone struggling with something like what OP said here, is cultivate a deep relationship with any friends you have and already know quite well and get along with. Talk about very deep stuff, the kinds of things you think about regularly, share dreams and aspirations, flaws, fears, rant about what gets you excited and passionate, mystical/unexplainable experiences that you don't feel like you can tell to many others because they probably wouldn't believe you.
Ask each other questions you are genuinely curious about, explore your inner child with them. Get creative. Have fun. Enjoy the moment because you're always in "the now moment" and you might as well because, well, what's the point of wallowing in darkness? It gets cold in there, man. Step into the sunshine.

They aren't as mellow. Which is what I like about Minecraft, but the music makes it feel different.

i remember when me and my friend were just about 7 years old and during those stages of minecraft we didnt really know how to play together if we were far away and not in the same room
so i would occasionally bring my ipad and come to her house and we would play survival. honestly just playing minecraft was the best thing ever and is probably the reason i have bomb friendships.

My friend told me how to hatch the ender dragon and i didnt know the /give command so i went in creative and went all the way to the end and i was bad with a bow so i chased the dragon around for like 40 mins until i killed... then i got the egg with piston... and i made a giant pedestal with all the stuff he told me, then i waited 16 days like he said...

So my brother got a Xbox 360 years and years ago, we got Minecraft on it and we had such a blast. Our map was so chaotic, there was explosions villages burning down and a railroad track going through it. And this was probably 8 years ago and just like 1-2 years ago I joined that map again and I almost started crying.

I swear, I cry every time I hear this song. It makes me feel so nostalgic. I would give anything to be able to play minecraft for the first time again. So many memories were made. I miss those days so much
I remember back, like, 6 years ago when I would play this, and I started, I didn’t even know how to craft. I would make random rooms in the side of cliffs that I broke with my hands. I finally figured out how to do everything, and I eventually mined and found diamonds, when went to the nether, and I felt so accomplished. I would also always play with my friends online. I lived for those late nights on xbox live. Then, I lost my mind when they brought creative mode to Xbox 360. Like it was the biggest thing ever and I would just build these huge houses with a different level made out of a different block, and yeah, it looked pretty crappy, but 10 year old me thought it was cool. Now when I go back and play it, it’s so much different and there’s so much that they added and I don’t feel the same way playing it anymore. But the game didn’t get younger or appeal to a younger audience, I got older and grew out of it, and I’m not a kid anymore.
